ZWISCHENMIETE - Gemütliches Zimmer in 3er WG

Das Viertel, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist echt super schön und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Die Karl-Heine-Straße, sowie der Karl-Heine-Kanal sind ganz in der Nähe. Dort gibt es viele süße Cafe's und man kann gut am Kanal abhängen. Die Wohngegend ist abgelegen von der Hauptstraße und daher eher ruhiger. Innerhalb von 1 Minute zu Fuß kommt man in einen urbanen Wald und in 10 Minuten in den Kleinzschocher Park. Es ist immer gut in der Nähe von Natur zu wohnen. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen, Rewe & Aldi, sowie Dönerbuden & Spätis sind gleich um die Ecke. Mit der Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum.

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is really nice and there is a lot to discover. Karl-Heine-Straße and the Karl-Heine Canal are very close by. There are lots of cute cafés there and you can hang out by the canal. The residential area is away from the main street and therefore rather quiet. Within a 1 minute walk you can get to an urban forest and in 10 minutes to Kleinzschocher Park. It is always good to live close to nature. Streetcar and bus stops, Rewe & Aldi, as well as kebab shops and late-night eateries are just around the corner. You can be in the city center in 20 minutes by tram.

Heyy! Ich bin Ronja und wohne schon etwas länger als ein Jahr hier in Leipzig und auch in der WG. Ich mache im Februar-März eine Studienreise nach Indien und daher ist mein Zimmer für rund 6 Wochen frei. Felix und Klara sind super liebe Mitbewohnis! Bisher herrschte immer eine sehr harmonische und lockere Atmosphäre in unserem WG-Leben. Klara und ich sind schon sehr lange befreundet - sie ist offen, aufgeschlossen & eine coole kreative socke. Felix habe ich erst in Leipzig kennengelernt, aber auch er ist mir schon sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Klara ist oft unterwegs, Felix ist viel in der WG am Musik machen ;) Die beiden haben immer ein offenes Ohr und Lust was zu unternehmen.

Heyy! I'm Ronja and I've been living here in Leipzig and in the shared flat for a little over a year now. I'm going on a study trip to India in February-March and so my room is free for about 6 weeks. Felix and Klara are super nice flatmates! So far, there has always been a very harmonious and relaxed atmosphere in our shared flat. Klara and I have been friends for a very long time and she is open, outgoing & a cool creative sock. I only got to know Felix in Leipzig, but I've already grown very fond of him too. Klara travels a lot, Felix spends a lot of time making music in the shared flat ;) The two of them always have an open ear and always want to do something.
