Ich suche ab 01. Januar eine Person die Lust hat kurzzeitig mir zusammen in meiner schönen Wohnung zu leben.
Erstmal zur Wohnung selbst:
Dein Zimmer ist ca 17 qm groß und nach Norden ausgerichtet, das heißt es gibt kein direktes Sonnenlicht, es ist aber trotzdem genügend hell.
Das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) und die gemütliche, große Küche samt Balkon sind südseitlich zum ruhigen, grünen Innenhof gelegen.
Die Küche lässt sich sehr gut als Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen und auf dem Balkon kann man Vormittags bis Abends ganz in Ruhe die Sonne genießen (wenn sie sich mal zeigt).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, dein Zimmer hat jedoch nur relativ wenig Möbel. Du hast darin ein Bett, ein Sofa und einen Teppich und als Schrank steht dir eine ganze Abstellkammer, die als eine Art begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit Stangen für Jacken und Schubladen zur Verfügung, das heißt an Stauraum mangelt es nicht.
Wir können gerne auch flexibel Einrichtungsgegenstände wie zB Schreibtisch, Kommoden o.ä. umstellen und tauschen.

Estoy buscando a una persona que quiera vivir conmigo durante un corto periodo de tiempo en mi precioso piso a partir del 1 de enero.
En primer lugar sobre el piso en sí:
La habitación tiene unos 17 metros cuadrados y está orientada al norte, lo que significa que no hay luz solar directa, pero sigue siendo lo suficientemente luminosa.
El cuarto de baño (con bañera) y la acogedora y amplia cocina con balcón están orientados al sur, hacia el tranquilo y verde patio interior.
La cocina se puede utilizar muy bien como sala común y en el balcón se puede disfrutar del sol tranquilamente desde por la mañana hasta por la noche.
El piso está completamente amueblado, pero tu habitación tiene relativamente pocos muebles. Tienes una cama, un sofá y una alfombra, y hay todo un trastero, que es una especie de vestidor con barras para chaquetas y cajones, así que no falta espacio para guardar cosas.
También podemos reorganizar e intercambiar con flexibilidad muebles como escritorios, cómodas, etc..

I am looking for a person who would like to live with me for a short time in my beautiful apartment from January 1st.
First about the apartment itself:
Your room is about 17 square meters and faces north, which means there is no direct sunlight, but it is still bright enough.
The bathroom (with bathtub) and the cozy, large kitchen with balcony face south towards the quiet, green inner courtyard.
The kitchen can be used very well as a common room and on the balcony you can enjoy the sun in peace from morning to evening.
The apartment is fully furnished, but your room has relatively little furniture. You have a bed, a sofa and a beautiful rug and there is a whole closet, which is a kind of walk-in closet with rods for jackets and drawers, so there is no lack of storage space.
We can also flexibly rearrange and swap furnishings such as desks, chests of drawers etc. so that we both have what we need in our rooms.
Die Wohnung ist in einer super tollen Lage.
Zschocherschersche Straße ist 50 Meter von uns entfernt, zur Karl-Heine Straße braucht man zu Fuß unter 5 Minuten, der Karl-Heine-Kanal (hier kann man wunderbar spazieren) ist eine Straße weiter und die Haltestelle „Elster Passage“ ist eine Minute von der Haustüre entfernt.
Auf der Zschocherschen Straße gibt es etliche Essensmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Drogerien, Apotheken, Cafés, Buchläden usw.
Die Karl-Heine-Straße bietet viele Bars, Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Kinos, Restaurants, Biergärten, einen kleinen Park und alle möglichen Kulturangebote.
Wir sind also super angebunden und wohnen mitten im Herzen des Leipziger Westen.

La Zschochersche Straße está a 50 metros, la Karl-Heine Straße a menos de 5 minutos a pie, el canal Karl-Heine (un lugar ideal para pasear) a una calle y la parada de autobús «Elster Passage» a un minuto de la puerta principal.
En la calle Zschochersche Straße hay numerosos restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, cafés, librerías, etc.
En la Karl-Heine-Straße hay muchos bares, lugares para salir, cines, restaurantes, cervecerías al aire libre, un pequeño parque y todo tipo de actividades culturales.
Por lo tanto, estamos muy bien comunicados y vivimos en pleno centro de Leipzig Oeste.
The apartment is in a great location.

Zu meiner Person und Situation:
Hi, ich bin Tim, 25 Jahre alt. Bis vor anderthalb Jahren habe ich als Zimmerer in Leipzig gearbeitet, bevor ich in Halle angefangen habe „Interkulturelle Europa- und Amerikastudien“ (IKEAS) zu studieren. Mein Schwerpunkt liegt auf „Lateinamerikanischen- und Angloamerikanischen Studien“, da mich Sprachen, Kulturgeschichte, politische Themen und interkultureller Austausch total begeistern und als Nebenfach studiere ich noch Psychologie.
Da mein Studium in Halle stattfindet, pendle ich in der Regel 3-4 Tage die Woche und arbeite freitags weiterhin in der Zimmerei.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich super gerne auf Konzerte, tanze, treffe Freunde und genieße gemeinsame Kochabende oder entspannte Abende zu Hause. Ich bewege mich super gerne und bin für alle Arten an sportlichen Betätigungen zu haben. An einem verlängerten Wochenende gehe ich am liebsten ein paar Tage in die Natur, zB zum Wandern oder auch nur für Tagesausflüge, d.h ich bin sehr gerne draußen unterwegs. Ich fahre auch seit über 10 Jahren Skateboard (auch wenn es verletzungsbedingt mittlerweile weniger geworden ist).
Besonders wichtig im Zusammenleben sind mir:
Ein diskriminierungsfreier Raum: Die WG soll ein Ort sein, an dem sich alle unabhängig von Herkunft, Geschlecht, Religion, Sexualität oder anderen Identitäten willkommen und sicher fühlen sollen.
Offene Kommunikation: Ehrlich und respektvoll miteinander sprechen.
Respekt für Grenzen und Bedürfnisse.
Grundsauberkeit: Saubere gemeinsame Räume wie Küche und Bad sind mir wichtig, damit sich alle wohlfühlen können.
Sobre mí y mi situación:
Hola, soy Tim, tengo 25 años. Hasta hace un año y medio trabajaba como carpintero en Leipzig, antes de empezar a estudiar «Estudios Interculturales Europeos y Americanos» (IKEAS) en Halle. Me centro en los «Estudios latinoamericanos y angloamericanos», ya que me fascinan totalmente los idiomas, la historia cultural, las cuestiones políticas y el intercambio intercultural, y también estudio psicología como asignatura secundaria.
Como mis estudios tienen lugar en Halle, suelo ir a Halle 3-4 días a la semana y sigo trabajando en el taller de carpintería los viernes.
En mi tiempo libre, me encanta ir a conciertos, bailar, quedar con amigos, cocinar con ellos o disfrutar de tardes relajadas en casa. Me encanta moverme y me apunto a todo tipo de actividades deportivas. Lo que más me gusta hacer en un fin de semana largo es pasar unos días en el campo, por ejemplo haciendo senderismo o simplemente excursiones de un día, es decir, me encanta estar al aire libre. También practico el Skateboard desde hace más de 10 años (aunque ahora lo hago menos seguido debido a una lesión).
Con respecto a la convivencia esto me es especialmente importante:
Un espacio no discriminatorio: El piso compartido debe ser un lugar donde todos se sientan bienvenidos y seguros, independientemente de su origen, sexo, religión, sexualidad u otras identidades.
Comunicación abierta: hablar el uno con el otro con honestidad y respeto.
Respeto de los límites y las necesidades.
Limpieza básica: Los espacios compartidos limpios, como la cocina y el baño, son importantes para mí, para que todos puedan sentirse cómodos.
About me and my situation:
Hi, I'm Tim, 25 years old. Until a year and a half ago, I worked as a carpenter in Leipzig before I started studying “Intercultural European and American Studies” (IKEAS) in Halle. My focus is on “Latin American and Anglo-American Studies”, as I am totally enthusiastic about languages, cultural history, political issues and intercultural exchange, and I am also studying psychology as a minor subject.
As my studies take place in Halle, I usually commute 3-4 days a week and continue to work in the carpentry shop on Fridays.
In my free time, I love going to concerts, dancing, meeting friends and enjoying cooking evenings together or relaxed evenings at home. I love to exercise and am up for all kinds of sporting activities. On a long weekend, I prefer to spend a few days in the countryside, e.g. hiking or just for day trips, i.e. I love being outdoors. I've also been skateboarding for over 10 years (although it's become less frequent now due to injury).
About living in a shared flat this is especially important to me:
A non-discriminatory space: The shared flat should be a place where everyone feels welcome and safe, regardless of origin, gender, religion, sexuality or other identities.

Ich werde selbst am 28. Februar ausziehen, d.h. ich bin dann auch auf der Suche nach einer neuen WG ab diesem Zeitpunkt und bin total offen dafür dann eventuell auch gemeinsam etwas zu suchen falls es sich ergibt.
