Dein Zimmer ist 15m² Wir haben eine Küche und ein kleines Wohnzimmer, beide mit je einem kleinen Balkon. Die WG hat zwei Bäder und ist auch sonst gut ausgestattet.

We are looking for a new flatmate starting March 1st, but a slightly earlier or later move-in date is also possible.
Your room is 15m². We have a kitchen and a small living room, both with a little balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms and is well-equipped overall.

Du findest uns in Plagwitz in einer super ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Park an den Plagwitzer Gleisen ist direkt vor der Haustüre und der Kanal ganz nah. Die Seen im Süden sind mit dem Fahrrad in 15min mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Der Küchenbalkon ist südöstlich zum Innenhof heraus. Mit der WG über uns sind wir vernetzt, mit den anderen Menschen im Haus besteht ein guter Kontakt mit gelegentlichem Feuer (selbstgebaute Feuertonne) oder Frühstückspicknick auf der Wiese im Innenhof. Der S-Bahnhof Plagwitz ist 5min zu Fuß von uns entfernt, Konsum, Rewe und Aldi sind auch gleich ums Eck :)

You’ll find us in Leipzig-Plagwitz, on a super quiet side street. The park along the Plagwitz railway tracks is right outside our door, and the canal is just around the corner. The lakes to the south are an easy 15-minute bike ride away.
Our kitchen balcony faces southeast into the courtyard. We’re connected with the flatshare above us, and we have a good relationship with the other people in the building—sometimes gathering around a homemade fire barrel or for a breakfast picnic on the courtyard lawn.
The Plagwitz S-Bahn station is just a 5-minute walk away, and Konsum, Rewe, and Aldi are right around the corner. :)
Wir sind Lotje, Ellie und Richi. Wir sind alle queer (du musst es aber nicht sein :D), wir sind zwischen 23 und 38, haben gerne Besuch, gehen gerne auf Küfas und essen, lachen und quatschen gerne zusammen.
Insgesamt geht es bei uns mal laut, mal leise, mal arbeits-, mal zusammen, mal zurückgezogen zu.
Ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnen ist uns wichtig. Wir legen Wert auf ein feministisches und linkes politisches Grundverständnis. Wir haben Lust auf gemeinsamen Quatsch und Aktionen, aber auch auf genug Rückzug/Ruhe, auf saubere Gemütlichkeit in unserem Zuhause und einen unterstützenden Umgang miteinander.
Wir haben Lust im Frühling wieder ein paar Gemüsepflanzen auf dem Balkon großzuziehen.

Hallo, ich bin Lotje! Ich wohne seit drei Jahren in Leipzig und arbeite als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin beim DBFZ, wo ich an Biogasanlagen forsche. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Belgien, bin 38 Jahre alt und queer. Leipzig ist für mich ein Zuhause geworden, und ich möchte hier weiterhin meine Zukunft aufbauen.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich oft in der Boulderhalle – drei Mal die Woche geh ich mindestens bouldern egal wo. Außerdem fahre ich gerne Rollschuhe, spaziere gerne auch mal außerhalb der Stadt und verbringe gerne Zeit in der Bibliothek. Ich lese gerne mehrere Bücher gleichzeitig.
Ich liebe das gemeinsame WG-Leben, ziehe mich aber auch gerne mal in mein Zimmer zurück. Momentan wohne ich super gerne mit Richi und Ellie zusammen, und freue mich darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

We are Lotje, Ellie, and Richi. We’re all queer (but you don’t have to be! :D), between 23 and 37 years old. We love having friends over, going to community kitchens, and spending time together eating, laughing, and chatting.
Life in our flatshare varies—sometimes it’s lively, sometimes quiet, sometimes focused on work, sometimes social, and sometimes everyone does their own thing.
We value communal living and share a feminist and leftist political outlook. We enjoy fun and spontaneous activities together but also respect the need for personal space and quiet. We appreciate a cozy, clean home and a supportive atmosphere.
This spring, we’re excited to grow some vegetables on the balcony again!

Lotje:
Hi, I’m Lotje! I’ve been living in Leipzig for three years and work as a research associate at DBFZ, where I study biogas plants. Originally, I’m from Belgium, I’m 38 years old, and I’m queer. Leipzig has become home for me, and I plan to continue building my future here.
In my free time, you’ll often find me at the bouldering gym—I go at least three times a week, no matter where. I also love roller skating, going for walks (even outside the city), and spending time in the library. I usually read several books at the same time.
I really enjoy living in a shared flat, but I also appreciate having my own space when needed. Right now, I love living with Richi and Ellie, and I’m excited to meet you!
