Es handelt sich um 2 Zimmer. Ein 13qm Schlafzimmer + Maisonette-Bereich mit etwa 35qm.
Der Maisonette-Bereich bietet viel Platz mit gutem Licht (Südfenster) für Sport, Kunst, Musik oder eine gemütliche Wohnzimmer--Zeit. Ich nutze ihn neben der Hauptfunktion als Musikstudio als Zimmer für Sport. Mindestens zwei Menschen können hier gemütlich Yoga o.ä. machen. Den Studiobereich würde ich abbauen und verstauen. Der Rest der Möbel kann gerne weiter genutzt werden.
Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein. Möbel können genutzt werden oder werden nach Absprache von mir abgebaut

It consists of 2 rooms: a 13 sqm bedroom and a maisonette area of approximately 35 sqm.
The maisonette area offers plenty of space with good lighting (south-facing windows) for sports, art, music, or cozy living room time. I currently use it, in addition to its primary function, as a music studio and for sports. At least two people can comfortably do yoga or similar activities here. I would disassemble and store the studio setup. The remaining furniture can be used as is.
The bedroom is small but cozy. The furniture can either be used or, upon arrangement, disassembled by me.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral beim Ostplatz. Die Innenstadt mit Uni und co ist drei Stationen entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist vier Stationen entfernt.
Außerdem sind in der Nähe zwei größere Parks, die zum Spazierengehen einladen.

The apartment is very centrally located near Ostplatz. The city center, including the university and other amenities, is just three stops away. The main train station is four stops away.
Additionally, there are two large parks nearby, perfect for a relaxing walk.
Martin ist der entspannteste Mitbewohner, den man sich vorstellen kann. Der große Vorteil einer 2er-WG, ist die Möglichkeit Dinge gut individuell absprechen zu können. Er macht eine Ausbildung aus Erzieher und Arbeitet in der Regel bis zum frühen Nachmittag. Die geräumige Küche mit viel Südlich lädt gerne zum gemeinsamen verweilen ein.

Martin is the most laid-back roommate you could imagine. The great advantage of a two-person shared apartment is the ability to easily coordinate things individually.
He is training to become an educator and usually works until the early afternoon. The spacious kitchen, bathed in plenty of southern sunlight, is a welcoming place to spend time together.
Kürzere Mietzeiträume sind nach Absprache möglich. Ihr könnt gerne schreiben, wie es um eure Bedürfnisse bestellt ist und wir finden hoffentlich eine Lösung : )
