wir suchen voraussichtlich zum 1. April (kann sich aber auch um zwei Wochen oder so noch nach hinten verschieben) eine aufgeschlossene Person, die mit uns -Chris, Robert, Martika und Hundi Pizy - wohnen will.
Dein potentielles neues Zimmer ist ca. 17 Quadratmeter, 2 Fenster Richtung Südwest, Miete 320 Euro all incl. Klingt sweet? Dann wart mal die anderen Rubriken noch ab..

we are looking for an open-minded person who wants to live with us - Chris, Robert, Martika and Pizy the dog - probably on April 1st.
Your potential new room is about 17 square meters, 2 windows facing southwest, rent 320 Euro all incl. Sounds sweet? Then wait for the other sections...
Die WG liegt in der Blümnerstraße in Schleußig zwischen Volkspark Kleinzschocher und Clara-Zetkin-Park, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße zur Könneritz, 1. Stock, 105 Quadratmeter, mit ach so wichtigem Parkettboden, 4 Zimmern, schnuckliger Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Gästeklo, sweetem Balkon (an Chris Zimmer), Keller
(trocken), Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, W-Lan... und natürlich herzallerliebsten Mitbewohnis.

The flat share is located in Blümnerstraße in Schleußig between Volkspark Kleinzschocher and Clara-Zetkin-Park, in a quiet side street to Könneritz, 1st floor, 105 square meters, with oh so important parquet floor, 4 rooms, cozy kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, guest toilet, sweetem balcony (at Chris room), cellar
(dry), washing machine, dishwasher, W-Lan... and of course the sweetest roommates.
Unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Lena verlässt die WG und daher suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene, neue Person, die mit uns zusammenleben will. Die Betonung liegt auf leben. Denn für eine Zweck-WG sind wir nicht zu haben. Allerdings sind wir auch alle sehr gut unterwegs, aber der obligatorische Küchenplausch bei Käffchen und Teechen sind dafür umso schöner und wertvoller.
Zu den Mitbewohnis: Chris ist selbstständig im Bereich Kunst/Kultur, aktuell oft auf einer Werft, um an seinem Bus rumzubasteln und wenn er da ist, gibt es überproportional häufig geile vegane Donauwelle in der Küche und Deeptalk vom feinsten.
Robert ist in einer Übergangsphase vom verlotterten Studi- ins Lohnarbeitsleben, kennt sich aufgrund seines Bauingenieurswesen- Spezialisierung mit maroden Brücken aus und hinterlässt gute Laune, wo er geht und steht.
Martika und Pizy bewohnen das dritte Zimmer und sind super entspannte Zeitgenossinnen, die ständig auf Nahrungssuche sind und für die gelebte feministische Praxis ein Muss ist. Außerdem ist Deutsch als Fremd- und Zweitsprache das, womit sich Martikas Alltag füllt. Neben vielen anderen Dingen.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Zusammenleben einfach richtig entspannt und wir unterstützen uns, so gut es geht. Außerdem legen wir Wert auf ein verständnisvolles, kommunikatives Miteinander. Und natürlich auch ein wichtiges Thema: Repro-Arbeit sollte nicht an einzelnen Personen kleben bleiben, weshalb es einen (manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger gut funktionierenden) Putzplan gibt. Aber alltägliche Sachen wie Geschirrer ausräumen oder Müll runterbringen sollten Minimum sein.
Uuuuund natürlich wäre es super, wenn du keine Hundehaarallergie oder Angst vor diesen hast. Allerdings ist Pizy eine kleine, entspannte Nudel, die sich über alle Menschen freut.

Our lovely flatmate Lena is leaving the flat share and we are therefore looking for an open-minded new person who wants to live with us. The emphasis is on living. Because we're not interested in a functional flat share. However, we are all very well on the move, but the obligatory kitchen chats over coffee and tea are all the nicer and more valuable for that.
About the flatmates: Chris is self-employed in the field of art/culture, is currently often at a shipyard tinkering with his bus and when he's there, there's a disproportionate amount of great vegan Danube wave in the kitchen and the finest deeptalk.
Robert is in a transitional phase from a miserable student life to working life, knows his way around dilapidated bridges due to his specialization in civil engineering and leaves a good mood wherever he goes.
Martika and Pizy live in the third room and are super relaxed contemporaries who are constantly on the lookout for food and for whom living feminist practice is a must. German as a foreign and second language is also what fills their everyday lives. Among many other things.
On the whole, living together is just really relaxed and we support each other as best we can. We also attach great importance to understanding and communicating with each other. And of course another important topic: cleaning work should not be left to individuals, which is why we have a (sometimes more, sometimes less effective) cleaning schedule. But everyday tasks such as clearing the dishes or taking out the trash should be a minimum.
