Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Ich heiße Valentin, bin 37 Jahre alt und habe Philosophie, Spanisch und Geschichte studiert. Zur Zeit arbeite ich als Pizzalieferant für Dominos. Meine Hobbys sind Joggen, Hackisack spielen, Magic the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons und noch einige andere Spiele. Ich habe schon einige Mitbewohner gehabt, auch Erasmusstudenten und bin sehr WG erfahren. Ich bin rücksichtsvoll, habe Humor, mag Sport, Musik und allen möglichen Fantasykram.
Dein Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, hat ein Fenster und ist langezogen wie du auf dem Bild auch sehen kannst. Das Sonnenlicht fällt morgens bis nachittags in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat ein großes Schlafsofa (2m x 1.4m), einen Schreibtisch, einen Beistelltisch, 2 kleine Schränkchen und einen Garderobenständer. Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine große Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einen schicken Balkon mit Sofa und eine Klimmzugstange im Flur.

I am looking for a new flatmate. My name is Valentin, I am 37 years young and i studied philosophy, spanish and history. I like hackisack, football, fantasygames like magic and D&D and music. At the moment i work for a pizza delivery place. I am very experienced with shared living, also with erasmus students and would describe myself as humerous and respectful. It would be nice if we share some interests!
Your room gets sunlight from the morning til the afternoon. The room is furnished with a sleeping couch (2m x 1.4m), a working desk, a small desk, 2 small cupboards and a coatrack. Der Bus 60/74 und Bahn 1/2 sind fußläufig in 2-5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie Netto. Für mich als Jogger gibt es keinen besseren Ort in Leipizg da er quasi von 2 verschiedenen grünen Gürtel umschlossen ist, inklusive 2er Flüsse. Auch der Weg zum Cossi ist mit dem Fahrrad unglaublich kurz.

I also welcome any english speakers. I am used to live with Erasmus Students and did so multiple times over the course of 5 years or more. I did study spanish for a while, but i can talk very little but understand more. If u have any questions about the flat just give me a call. :)
