Wir, Tibor, Friedi, Vera und Seshi wohnen hier teilweise schon mehrere Jahre zusammen und suchen eine Person, die Lust hat hier zwischen Anfang August und (vorraussichtlich) Ende Februar zu wohnen, weil Henrik für ein halbes Jahr nach Chile ins Auslandssemester geht. Es kann gut sein, dass das Zimmer auch bis Ende März frei wäre oder sogar bis zum Sommer, falls Henrik doch noch ein Semester verlängert.
Unsere gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus. Sie verfügt über drei Bäder, inklusive zwei Toiletten, einer Dusche und einer Badewanne. Wir haben eine ok-große Küche mit benachbartem kleinem, aber kuscheligem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Unsere Zimmer gehen alle von einem sehr langen Flur ab. Überall sind viele Pflanzen und Kerzen. Wir mögen es grün und hyggelig!
Dein Zimmer würdest du möbliliert übernehmen. Im Zimmer steht gerade ein Klavier, ein E-Schlagzeug und eine Trompete würde ich auch da lassen. Ich freu mich, falls du Lust hast die dort stehen zu lassen (oder sogar zu benutzen!), aber wenn du lieber mehr Platz haben willst, kriege ich die bestimmt auch irgendwo anders unter :-) Auch sonst können wir voll gern darüber reden, falls dir möbeltechnisch irgendetwas nicht so passt oder du gerne etwas verändern würdest!
Drinnen rauchen wir nicht, doch es gibt einen kleinen Raum auf dem Flur, in dem geraucht werden kann. Da treffen wir auch manchmal Menschen aus der WG unten :) Ansonsten haben wir eine ruhige Nachbarschaft und Autos kommen eher so sporadisch vorbei.
We, Tibor, Friedi, Vera and Seshi, have been living here together for several years and are looking for someone who would like to live here between the beginning of August and the end of February because Henrik is going to Chile for a six-month semester abroad.
Our cosy flat is on the 4th floor of a renovated old building. It has three bathrooms, including two toilets, a shower and a bathtub. We have an ok-sized kitchen with a neighbouring small but cosy living and dining room. Our rooms all lead off a very long corridor. There are lots of plants and candles everywhere. We like it green and cosy!
You would take over your room furnished. There's a piano in the room at the moment, an electric drum kit and a trumpet. I'd be happy if you'd like to leave them there (or even use them!), but if you'd rather have more space, I'm sure we can find a solution :-) We can also talk about it if there's anything that doesn't suit you furniture-wise or if you'd like to change something!
We don't smoke inside, but there is a small room in the corridor where you can smoke. We sometimes meet people from the flat share downstairs there:) Apart from that, we have a quiet neighbourhood and cars come by rather sporadically.
Die Wohnung liegt in Leipzig Schönefeld-Abtnauendorf, in der schönen Dimpfelstraße. Gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei und nicht weit entfernt liegt auch ein nettes Café, ein Eisladen und ein Späti. Nahbei sind auch Rewe, Penny, Netto und Rossmann zu finden und für weitere Abwechslung steht die Eisi/Eisenbahnstraße zur Verfügung. Gleich nebenan haben wir den großen Mariannenpark, der auch direkt an das Abtnaudndorfer Wäldchen anschließt. Also viel Grün und wenn man 15 min Fahrrad durch jene fährt, ist man sehr schnell am Thekla See, andem es sich sehr schön baden und entspannen lässt. Der Eisenbahnstraßen-Kiez ist auch sehr Nah (2 min mit dem Fahrrad), wo so etwa alles sonst noch spannende zu finden ist.
The flat is located in Leipzig Schönefeld-Abtnauendorf, in the beautiful Dimpfelstraße. There is a bakery opposite and not far away there is also a nice café, an ice cream parlour and a Späti. Rewe, Penny, Netto and Rossmann are also nearby and for more variety there is the Eisi/Eisenbahnstraße. Right next door we have the large Mariannenpark, which also directly adjoins the Abtnaudndorfer Wäldchen. So there's a lot of greenery and if you cycle through it for 15 minutes, you're very quickly at Lake Thekla, which is great for swimming and relaxing. The Eisenbahnstraßen neighbourhood is also very close (2 minutes by bike), where you can find just about everything else that is exciting.
Die Wg besteht seit ca 4 Jahren und einige von uns sind auch schon von Anfang an dabei. Wir verbringen sehr gerne gemeinsam Zeit und das Zusammenleben ist sehr familiär. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsam Zeit, teilen unser, so die täglichen Ups- and Downs und nur wer mag auch die Klamotten. Zuhause kochen wir zusammen, machen es uns gemütlich und schauen oder hören etwas zusammen. Oft versacken wir auch einfach nach dem Essen bei Kerzenschein im Wohnzimmer. Manchmal gehen wir zusammen zu Partys, Demos oder Kartenspielen in die Bar und so einmal pro Jahr kriegen wir meistens Lust mal wieder eine Wg-Party zu schmeißen. Unser Gemüse kriegen wir gerade von einer solidarischen Landwirtschaft und ca alle 1,2 Monate setzen wir uns zusammen und besprechen, was es gerade so zu besprechen gibt zur Wg.
Zu uns:
Friedi (sie/ihr): Kocht gerne und macht den krassesten Sterne-Restaurants Konkurrenz. Außerdem wurde sie gerade für einen Ethnologie-Master in Leipzig angenommen und wenn alles klappt fährt sie für einen Doppelbachelor auch noch ab und zu nach Berlin.
Seshi (keine): is craving for raving und kommt im August dann braungebrannt aus Teneriffa wieder.
Vera (sie/ihr): ist letzten August nach Leipzig gekommen und geht seitdem sehr gerne klettern und wird ansonsten hoffentlich dann irgendwann Jura-Expertin im AntiRa-Bereich.
Tibor (er/ihm): ist auf dem Weg zum zukünftigen Star-Architekten und zur Not sonst zum Dj. Ansonsten trifft man ihn auch gern am Fahrrad-Werkeln oder sonstigem Handwerkszeugs.
The flat share has existed for about 4 years and some of us have been there from the beginning. We enjoy spending time together and living together is very informal. We like to spend time together, share our daily ups and downs and only those who like it also share our clothes. At home, we cook together, make ourselves comfortable and watch or listen to something together. After dinner, we often just sink into the living room by candlelight. Sometimes we go to parties, demos or card games in the bar together and once a year we usually feel like throwing another flat-sharing party. We get our vegetables from a solidarity farm and about every 1.2 months we get together and discuss what's going on in the flat.
About us:
Friedi (she/you): Likes to cook and competes with the most amazing Michelin-starred restaurants. She's also just been accepted for an ethnology master's degree in Leipzig and if everything works out, she'll travel to Berlin from time to time for a double bachelor's degree.
Seshi (none): is craving for raving and will be back from Tenerife in August with a tan
Vera (she/her): came to Leipzig last August and has loved climbing ever since and will hopefully become an expert in AntiRa at some point.
Tibor (he/him): is on his way to becoming a future star architect and, if need be, a DJ. Apart from that, you can also find him working on his bike or other tools.
