Queer WG im Osten - Sublet (unfurnished) from November for 3-5 months

We are a 5-person queer WG in Schönefeld currently looking for another FLINTA*/queer person who would move in with us from November. Unfortunately, we have to move out until April next year (the latest). We navigate gender in different ways, but we’re all queer or trans. Three of us are white and one POC.

Wir sind eine queere 5er WG in Schönefeld und suchen nach einer FLINTA*Mitbewohni-person die im November einziehen mag. Leider müssen wir nächstes Jahr (spätestens im April) ausziehen, daher können wir nur eine Zwischenmiete bieten. Wir sind alle FLINTA*. Drei von uns sind weiß, eine POC.


WG-Leben

We mostly speak English with each other and would prefer someone who has at least basic knowledge of it.
There had a lot of changes in the WG last year so it's complicated to tell what's our dynamic is going to be. We understand our home as a safe space where we like to be close with each other, play games, have talks, watch movies and sometimes go out together. Nevertheless, there is no pressure and we are open to to see what dynamic will fit all of us :)
As of right now, we share a common budget for food. Some of us cook a lot, some don't. For cleaning and grocerie shopping we are using the app Flatastic. We live with a cat (Tofi) and it would be nice to find someone who wants to share responsibility for her (meaning giving foods/meds and cleaning the litter box).

The building has no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. We have a living room, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms and a garden. The room is about 15m² and has two windows to the east. It will not be furnished.

About us:

Flo (they/them)
I am a neurodivergent activist and cat parent. I can be described as serious yet silly, sweet and sometimes sassy. My special interests are whales, drag, languages, psychology, history, crafting,... just to name a few. I tend to overshare but am always trying to be as considerate as I can about other people's boundaries.

Parastoo:
I’m Parastoo (she/her), from Iran. I’ve studied global studies in Leipzig and am atm trying to figure out my next steps in life. :) I would say I’m easy going and love to have chilled hangout sessions and talk about all sorts of stuff, so communication and getting along would be the most important thing for me :)

Adele (they/them) (in Köln until December)
I would describe myself as a very talkative person but can also be a little overwhelmed by social surroundings. But I love to dance, go out to bars or parties and have nice sit-ins with friends. Also I love crafting and building stuff, so I am a lot in my garden or working on renovations in the flat. I have a full time job in event logistics, so sometimes I am away for a few days working

Eliò (Zwischenmiete for Adele until December):

I‘m Eliò (he/none) and the newest member of the WG, also only here for a Zwischenmiete until December.
I‘m out a lot (Uni and work😭) but when I’m home, I enjoy having a cup of tea and some company, especially on the balcony with the cat and some sun✨in my free time I try to be as creative as possible, read and go climbing, you can join me anytime:)

Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch miteinander und bevorzugen, dass du zumindest Grundkenntnisse hast.
Im letzten Jahr gab es viel Veränderung in der WG. Dadurch bedingt ist es schwer unsere Dynamik zu beschreiben. Momentan sind wir ziemlich eng zusammen gewachsen, spielen gerne Spiele, schauen zusammen etwas an, hängen im Garten oder gehen auch mal zusammen aus. Wir sind offen zu erkunden welche Dynamik uns allen passen kann.
Im Moment teilen wir ein Budget für Essen und Haushalt. Manche von uns kochen, manche nicht. Zum putzen und einkaufen nutzen wir die app Flattastic. Wir leben mit eine Katze (Tofi). Es wäre schön für uns eine Person zu finden, die bereit wäre Verantwortung für sie zu teilen (v.a. füttern und das Katzenklo machen).

Die Wohnung ist im 3.OG (ohne Aufzug) und hat ein kleines Wohnzimmer, zwei Balkone, zwei Badezimmer und einen großen Garten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß und hat zwei Fenster im Richtung Osten. Es wird unmöbliert sein.
Es gibt einen REWE um die Ecke und weitere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Penny, Netto). Wir sind gut an Öffis angeboten Straßenbahn 1, Bus 70,90). Der schöne, weite Abtnaundorfer Park ist auch nur 5 min entfernt und beim Thekla See ist man in 10 min mit dem Rad. Die Eisenbahnstraße ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt.
