das zimmer sieht fantastisch aus und ist möbliert. sie müssen nur eine matratze mitbringen. die aussicht ist sehr schön. die wohnung hat 2 zimmer (eines davon gehört mir😉). es befindet sich im zweiten stock eines altbaus 🙂

In 5 gehminuten erreichen sie die haltestelle annenstraße und von dort gelangen sie mit der linie 7 oder 8 zum hauptbahnhof oder in die innenstadt die lage ist sehr ruhig und die straße ist wunderschön und sauber. rewe ist 9 minuten zu fuß entfernt, und es gibt auch supermärkte im nahen osten, in denen man sonntags lebensmittel kaufen kann🤭

In 5 minutes by foot, you can reach Annenstraße stop, and from there, you can get line 7 or 8 to the Hauptbahnhof or city center. the location is very peaceful and the street is beautiful and clean. Rewe is 9 minutes by foot, and there are also Middle Eastern Supermarkets that you can buy groceries from on sunday.🤭

ich bin yasamin 🤗 deine zukünftige mitbewohnerin, ich lerne gerade deutsch und versuche mein deutsch zu verbessern,daher wäre es sehr schön, wenn du deutsch sprichst,damit ich ein bisschen üben könnte. ich lerne, weil ich in zukunft einige prüfungen absolvieren muss. deshalb ist es für mich sehr wichtig, dass wir uns besonders an prüfungstagen respektieren und nicht so laut werden. wir werden in zukunft einen reinigungsplan aufstellen, und es ist sehr wichtig, dass wir diesen respektieren und jeder von uns seiner eigenen verantwortung nachkommt ich bin ein sehr flexibler mensch, daher wäre es auch sehr toll, wenn sie auch flexibel wären. ich würde gerne mit dir reden und ein paar gemeinsame momente teilen, tee oder kaffee trinken und über verschiedene dinge reden ich spiele auch gerne klavier und gitarre, also hoffe ich, dass du mit musik zurechtkommst (selbstverständlich können wir mir etwas zeit zum üben geben,wenn du schlafen oder dich ausruhen musst)🙃
