Ich biete hiermit einen großen Zimmer in meine schöne zweier Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit Holzboden (Paket) und saubere, weiße Fliesen. Die Straße ist ruhig - die Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist aber nur ungefähr 150 m entfernt und S-bahn 400-500m. Es gibt einen Konsum in der Nahe, und ein bisschen weiter weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das beste des Wohnung ist die sonnige Balkone - klein aber fein :) Als es die oberste Balkone ist, gibt's Sonne ab ungefähr 11 Uhr Morgens bis Sonnenuntergang. In der Nahe gibts auch den Volkerschlachtdenkmal (gut zum laufen ;) und Stötteritzer Wäldchen.
Ich vermiete nicht nur um Geld zu sparen, sondern auch weil es gemütlich sein könnte. Ich bin 39, Dänin, bin nach Leipzig gekommen um meine Doktorarbeit im Umweltwissenschaft hier zu machen und bin noch hier. Jetzt arbeite ich als wissenschaftlicher Konsulent und versuche gleichzeitig meine Doktorarbeit fertig zu kriegen. Ich arbeite deswegen oft in der Wohnung, wenn ich in Leipzig bin, aber werde wahrscheinlich auch oft im Ausland sein. Für mich ist es am liebsten, wenn das Leben in der Wohnung ruhig und gemütlich ist. Hoffentlich werden wir guten Gespräche haben! Es gibt natürlich auch Platz für Gesellschaft und Parties ab und zu ;)
Ich mag yoga, alles im Natur (wandern, Lagerfeuer etc), Kontakt Improvisation (Tanz), Improvisation mit der Stimme, Kultur (Kunst und Musik), sauna (naja, mehr in Dänemark), Pflanzen und viel mehr :)
Wenn du Interesse hat, schreib bitte ein bisschen mehr von dir selbst und wie du gern das gemeinsame Leben in die WG hätte.

Hi all,
A room for rent in a two-room flat! It's a very nice flat, with wooden floors in the rooms and clean tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, lots of light, bathtub, washing machine etc.
The room for rent is the larger room, of around 20 m2. It faces the street, but it is a very quite street. It can be with or without the funiture - as you please.
Please let me know what you are looking for and how you like the communal living :)

In addition to Kaltmiete comes:
Water and heating of around 66 €, based on the last years' accounting (132€ for whole flat, but normally quite some returned, meaning the real number has been around 60€ if two people), there will however likely be a small increase of around 10€.
Electricity: I used to pay 35€ per month (thus 17€ each), but Leipziger Stadtwerke have announced increased rates.
Internet: 30€ for whole flat, thus 15€ for you.
We can talk about whether we let these costs depend on who's most in the flat, if you e.g. also are away in periods.
Further, it is quite likely that I will move out in not too many months in which case there would be a possibility for you to take over the flat.
