Suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer in der Südvorstadt ab Mitte Februar oder Anfang März übernimmt. Es ist ab dem 17. Februar verfügbar, aber Sie können auch ab dem 1. März einziehen. Ich ziehe leider aus, da mein Erasmus-Semester zu Ende geht. Das Zimmer selbst ist 8 Quadratmeter groß. Es war ursprünglich unmöbliert, aber da ich dieses Semester nur für mein Erasmus an der HGB war, lasse ich die Möbel im Zimmer zurück. Dazu gehören ein Bettgestell, eine Matratze, ein kleiner Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Kleiderständer. Sie sind alle noch brandneu, weshalb ich eine Gebühr von 200 € verlange, da die Matratze und das Bettgestell ziemlich teuer waren und immer noch in ausgezeichnetem Zustand sind.
Urgently looking for someone to take over my room in Südvorstadt from mid February or early March as I am leaving soon. It is available from the 17th of February but you are also able to move in from March 1st. I am unfortunately leaving as my Erasmus semester is coming to an end. The room itself is 8 square meters big. It was originally unfurnished but since I was only here for my Erasmus at HGB this semester I'm leaving the furniture behind in the room. These contain; a bedframe, mattress, small desk, chair and clothing rack. They are all still brand new, which is why I'm asking a fee of €200 since the mattress and bedframe were quite pricey and are still in excellent condition.
Es liegt direkt vor der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Karl-Liebknecht-Straße/Arthur-Hoffmann-Straße (Straßenbahnlinie 9). In der Nähe gibt es viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral. Es ist sehr einfach, schnell in verschiedene Teile der Stadt zu gelangen. Es ist etwa 10 Gehminuten von der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße entfernt, wo sich viele nette Bars und Restaurants befinden. Die Nachbarschaft selbst ist sehr ruhig.
It's located right in front of the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße/Arthur-Hoffmann-Straße tram stop (tram line 9). There are plenty of grocery stores nearby and the apartment is located quite central. It's very easy to get to different parts of the city fast. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, where many nice bars and restaurants are located. The neighbourhood itself is very calm.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten Anfang bis Mitte zwanzig. Sie sind sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Die Mitbewohnerin spricht fließend Deutsch und Französisch, der Mitbewohner spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Wir teilen uns Küche und Bad, wo auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Zeitpläne, daher interagieren wir die meiste Zeit nicht so viel, da wir alle zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten zu Hause sind.
The flatmates are both students in their early to mid twenties. They are very friendly and respectful. The female flatmate speaks fluent German and French, the male flatmate speaks fluent German and English. We share the kitchen and bathroom, where there is also a washing machine available to use. We all have different schedules so most of the time we don't interact that much since we are all home at different times of the day.
