The apartment is freshly renovated and very modern. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. We moved in as first occupants in 2019. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The total cost of the apartment is € 814.87 including everything (except electricity). The costs are split between 3 people. Electricity costs about € 27 per person.
Living here is really optimal. There are many shops nearby (Rewe, ALDI, Netto, LIDL, etc.), all of which are easily accessible on foot. The train is also just 2 minutes away on foot.

Additionally, there is a cost for the existing furniture(200€), which includes an office table, chair, king-size bed, a sofa, a small wardrobe, a carpet, and a small table. Unfortunately, we don't have a large wardrobe, so that is something you would need to purchase yourself.
