Das hier ist eine sehr gemütliche, schicke 2er WG Wohnung mit großer heller Küche und Tageslichtbad(ewanne).
Ich ziehe bald nach Berlin, also kannst du wahrscheinlich verlängern und vielleicht auch dann einfach bleiben.
Mein Zimmer ist 16 quadratische Meter groß und schaut nach Osten hin auf die Elisabethstraße.

This is a cozy 2-person WG with a big, bright kitchen and a bathroom with daylight (and a bathtub).
I’m moving to Berlin soon, so there’s a good chance you can extend your stay and maybe even just stay permanently.
My room is 16 square meters, faces east, and overlooks Elisabethstraße.
Elisabethstraße 33, an der Eisenbahnstraße. Unser Haus liegt zwei Türen rechts vom ehemaligen Goldhorn. An der Ecke ist auch die Kulturapotheke.

Unser (privater) Vermieter würde dich einmal kurz kennen lernen wollen, ansonsten ist alles easy, mit einem Untermietvertrag der auf 3 Monate befristet ist, kann aber ohne Probleme verlängert werden.
Voraussichtlich werde ich nicht nochmal einziehen wollen, da ich anschließend nach Berlin ziehe und meine ganzen Sachen in einer Lagerbox in Leipzig verstauen werde fürs Erste. Das heißt aber auch, dass du meine Möbel (für Erste, für die 3 Monate) nutzen könntest. Muss aber nicht sein, das Zimmer kann auch leer sein.
Das können wir einfach absprechen.

Our (private) landlord would like to meet you briefly, but otherwise, everything is easy. You’ll get a sublease contract for three months, but extending it wont be an issue.
I most likely won’t be coming back, since I want to move to Berlin. I’ll store all my stuff in a storage unit in Leipzig temporarily, which also means you could use some of my furniture for those three months if you’d like – but you dont have to of course, the room can be empty too.
We can just figure all of this out together.
