Hi :) your future room would be a high ceiling 13.5 square meters room with wooden floor. The room is quiet, meaning that you can have a good rest and that windows can be open without being bothered by the street noise, the room receives nice light during the day.
*The room will be handed unfurnished*
The whole apartment is about 90 square meters, long hallway, illuminated kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and a very nice living room. Electricity, Internet, Heizung are included.There are two balconies, one small located next to the living room and another one located next to my room, there is also a Keller but is quite humid so not a lot of things can be kept there. Bicycles can be parked in the back yard. The flat has nice illumination during day and night + plants that help to survive the long winter.
November is the starting date.The room is available for now for 4 months, but there is the possibility of extending it we can talk about the situation in person.

Hola. I am Cinthia from Mexico. I would like to share the space with someone who shares similarities to have a good synergy. I am a UI/UX designer who works approx. 3 days from home and the other days I like to go to the office to see my cute colleagues. I am very sensitive to smells so cooking Fish/Meat at home is a big challenge for me (since I can smell it days after it has been cooked), so if you are a constant Fish eater this may not work, sorry but I can't control my nose, meat once in a while is fine but not that often. Keeping the space clean and tidy is very important to me, since it is the space we inhabit and is nicer to live in a clean and not messy/chaotic space.
I am a photographer so the living room sometimes becomes a photo studio. I like movement, I practice Impro dance and at home, I do a mix of yoga/dance/pilates, this happens in the living room too and whenever you want to join you are more than welcome. I enjoy inviting friends over for dinners from time to time without it turning into a crazy party, but I also really like being calm at home focusing on my projects.
