Hey, bei mir in der WG wird ab März ein Zimmer frei, da meine Freundin ein Auslandsemester macht. Wir wohnen in einer schönen Wohnung in Altlindenau zu viert.
Das Zimmer ist 10qm oder vielleicht etwas größer und es gibt ein Lattenrost mit einer Matraze und ein paar Schränke die du von Elli ausleihen könntest, genaueres können wir gerne im Casting besprechen :) 319 Euro sind die Warmmiete und dann kommen noch 31 Euro für Strom und Internet dazu. Das Zimmer ist zugegebenermaßen klein, aber gut geschnitten. Im Sommer kann man den Tag in unserem Hof in der Hängematte verbringen und den Winter in den Bars auf der Georgschwarzstraße :)
Gerade wohnen hier Cathleen, Milan und Floyd.
