Ich (Liv, keine Pronomen) biete mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an, da ich zwischen September und März im Ausland bin. Das Zimmer geht zwar zur Straße raus, es ist aber nicht allzu laut, weil die Wohnung in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße ist. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, du hast Platz deine Sachen in Schrank und Kommode unterbringen. Von meinem Fenster aus guckst du auf das Gebäude LVZ/ den LVZ Vorplatz. Obwohl es ein Nordfenster ist, reflektiert die Sonne während der Golden Hour trotzdem manchmal sehr schön ins Zimmer rein:-)
Auf den Bildern hängen jetzt noch meine Poster, die nehme ich selbstverständlich runter, dann kannst du dein Zimmer selbst dekorieren.

I (Liv, they/them) am offering my room as a sublet as I will be abroad between September and March. The room faces the street, but it's not too noisy because the apartment is in a quiet side street. The room is furnished, you have space to store your things in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. From my window you have a view of the LVZ building/the LVZ forecourt. Although it's a north-facing window, the sun sometimes reflects beautifully into the room during Golden Hour:-)
My posters are still hanging on the pictures, I'll take them down of course, then you can decorate your room yourself.

Die Wohnung ist am Anfang der Karl-Liebknecht Straße. Zu Fuß erreicht man verschiedene Tramlinien in 3-8 Minuten (Münzgasse, Härtelstraße, Neues Rathaus, Wilhelm-Leuschner Platz). Zwei S-Bahnstationen sind in 8m Fußweg. Zum Hauptcampus läuft man 15-20 Minuten, oder ist in 10 Minuten mit der Tram da. Zur Albertina und dem GWZ ist man auch zu Fuß und mit dem Rad sehr fix (5-10 Minuten).
Auf der Karl-Liebknecht Straße kann man aus verschiedensten Dönerläden, (Veganen) vietnamesischen Restaurants und süßen Cafés auswählen. Ein Rossmann und ein kleiner Konsum sind quasi vor der Tür und ein Aldi ist auch nicht weit.
Durch die Zentrale Lage bist du auch sehr fix in anderen Stadtteilen - zur Eisenbahnstraße sind es mit der Tram circa 20 Minuten, zur Karl Heine ebenso :-). Falls du möchtest, kannst du für die Zeit gerne auch mein Rad ausleihen.

The apartment is at the beginning of Karl-Liebknecht Straße. Various tramlines can be reached on foot in 3-8 minutes (Münzgasse, Härtelstraße, Neues Rathaus, Wilhelm-Leuschner Platz). Two S-Bahn stations are within 8m walking distance. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the main campus, or 10 minutes by tram. The Albertina and the GWZ can also be reached very quickly on foot or by bike (5-10 minutes).
On Karl-Liebknecht Straße you can choose from a variety of kebab stores, (vegan) Vietnamese restaurants and sweet cafés. A Rossmann and a small supermarket are practically on the doorstep and an Aldi is not far away either.
Thanks to the central location, you can also reach other parts of the city very quickly - it's about 20 minutes by streetcar to Eisenbahnstraße and Karl Heine :-). If you want, you can also borrow my bike for the time.

Du wirst zusammen mit mir, Elsa (keine Pronomen) wohnen. Ich studiere im siebten Semester Pharmazie an der Uni Leipzig. Ich gehe ab und zu bouldern oder schwimmen, bin politisch interessiert, experimentiere gerne in der Küche und habe seit Neuestem ein Sauerterteigbaby!
Gewünscht ist ein familiäres WG-Miteinander, ich würde gerne regelmäßig gemeinsam kochen und essen oder was unternehmen, aber mir ist auch Ruhe und Zeit alleine wichtig.
Außerdem ist es wichtig, dass du dich für die Wohnung mit verantwortlich fühlst - dazu gehören die Standarddinge wie sich an den Putzplan halten, Probleme zu kommunizieren und umsichtig mit den Wg-Mitbewohner:innen umzugehen. :-)

You will be living with me, Elsa (they/them). I'm in my seventh semester studying pharmacy at Leipzig University. I go bouldering or swimming from time to time, am interested in politics, like to experiment in the kitchen and recently had a sourdough baby!
I would like to have a family atmosphere in the shared flat, I would like to cook and eat together regularly or do something together, but peace and quiet and time alone are also important to me.
It's also important that you feel responsible for the apartment - this includes the standard things like sticking to the cleaning schedule, communicating problems and treating the flatmates with care. :-)

Wir haben ein frisch renoviertes Bad mit Badewanne, eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine, Sodastream, Eismaschine und anderen magischen Geräten, und einen unnötig breiten Gang, wo wir uns gerne mal auf Kinosesseln festquatschen. Außerdem gibt es einen (semi-legalen) Zugang zum Dach!
Bitte in der Wohnung nicht rauchen!
Wir haben freundliche Nachbar:innen, bei denen du dir gut und gerne auch mal nen Bohrer oder eine Leiter ausleihen kannst.

We are looking for a quiet, loving, responsible FINTA* person who is willing to get involved in the shared flat.
We have a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, soda stream, ice maker and other magical appliances, and an unnecessarily wide hallway where we like to chat on movie theater chairs. There is also (semi-legal) access to the roof!
