Hallo! ☀️Wir suchen ein WG-Zimmer unser Wohngemeinschaft🏡
Das Zimmer wird frei, weil eine Person asuzieht, in unserer großen & hellen 6er-WG in Schönefeld. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer und zwei sonnige Loggias – also insgesamt viel Platz.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 8 m² groß und kostet 212 Euro warm mit allem inklusive. Das Zimmer geht zur Straße raus.
Allgemein:
Wir als WG haben keinen Bock auf Rassismus, Sexismus oder andere diskriminierende Einstellungen, Bullen und FDPler. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir auf unsere Bedürfnisse Rücksicht nehmen und miteinander kommunizieren.
FLINTA- Person werden auf Wunsch der anderen MitbewohnerInnen bevorzugt.
Nichtsdestotrotz schließe ich Anfragen von Nicht- FLINTA- Personen nicht aus.

Hello! ☀️ I am looking for someone to rent the room in our shared apartment 🏡 cause one of us is leaving. The room will be available in our spacious and bright 6-person flatshare in Schönefeld. The apartment features two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a cozy living room, and two sunny balconies – plenty of space altogether. The room is approximately 19 square meters and costs 212 euros per month, all-inclusive. It faces the street.
As a flatshare, we are not tolerant of racism, sexism, or any other discriminatory attitudes, nor do we welcome police sympathizers or members of the FDP party. It's important to us that we respect each other's needs and communicate openly.
FLINTA individuals (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender) are preferred at the request of other roommates. However, I don't rule out inquiries from non-FLINTA individuals.
The apartment is located near Mariannenpark and Gorkistraße, which offers various shopping options. Public transportation is right outside the door. The building also has a large courtyard where you can safely park your bike. By train, you can reach the central station in 12 minutes, sometimes even faster by bike. The swimming pool is nearby, and within a quarter of an hour by bike, you can reach Naturbad Nordost, where you can relax by the lake in Abnaundorfer Park.
We are a diverse group of students, apprentices, and professionals, with an average age of 25 😉 We enjoy going out, but currently, we're also spending some evenings playing board games, cooking together, or having a beer. We value easygoing coexistence and attentive interaction. We share a lot of our food, have a cleaning schedule, and appreciate when a new person brings fresh energy into the apartment. Since we have different schedules or might be out with friends, we don't always have shared apartment time, but we always enjoy hanging out in the living room, having spontaneous breakfasts, or opening a bottle of wine together :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Mariannenpark und zur Gorkistraße. Auf dieser gibt es auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die ÖPNV ist direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Innenhof, in dem du auch gut dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Mit der Bahn bist du in 12 Minuten direkt am HBF, mit dem Fahrrad manchmal sogar schneller. Zum Schwimmbad ist es ein Katzensprung und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in einer Viertelstunde am Naturbad Nordost und kann dort gemütlich am Bagger baden & entspannen und im Abnaundorfer Park joggen oder spazieren.
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus studierend, in Ausbildung und arbeitend. Unser Durchschnittsalter liegt bei 25 ;) Wir sind alle auch gerne unterwegs, grade verbringen wir aber auch einige Abende mit Gesellschaftsspielen, Küfas, gemeinsam Abendessen oder Bierchen trinken. Unkompliziertes Zusammenleben und ein aufmerksamer Umgang miteinander sind uns wichtig. Wir teilen einen Großteil des Essens haben einen Putzplan und freuen uns einfach, wenn ein neuer Mensch frischen Wind in die Bude bringt. Da wir z.T. unterschiedliche (Arbeits-)zeiten haben, oder auch mal mit Friends unterwegs sind, gibt es nicht dauerhaft gemeinsame WG-Zeit, aber wir freuen uns immer wieder, wenn gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer gechillt, spontan zusammen gefrühstückt oder zusammen ein Wein aufgemacht wird :)
