Es stehen Besen und Staubsauger zur Verfügung. Für Ihr Zimmer sind Sie selbst verantwortlich. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett usw. sind vorhanden. Einmal pro Monat kommt unsere Reinigungsfirma und reinigt zusätzlich die Böden der Allgemeinräume. Dieser zusätzlicher Service ist nicht an die Miete gekoppelt und ist für Sie kostenlos. Gerne zeigen wir Ihnen vor Ort die Möglichkeiten auf um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ganz bequem können Sie ein Whatsapp Video erhalten um sich den Besichtigungstermin zu sparen.

There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as a drying rack. The use of the washing machine is linked to a “Me wash” system for a fee. That means €2,90 per wash cycle. As usual, you are expected to take part in the shared cleaning plan.
Brooms and vacuum cleaners are available. You are responsible for your own room. An iron and ironing board are available. Our cleaning company comes once a month and also cleans the floors of the common areas. This additional service is not linked to the rent and is free of charge for you. We would be happy to show you the options on site to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can easily receive a Whatsapp video to save yourself the viewing appointment.
Minimum rental period 3 months. Under 6 months, 7% statutory VAT is added.
