Hallo! Ich vermiete eine der WGs im Stadtzentrum (Dametzstraße 25) für ein Projekt in China unter. Der Untermietzeitraum ist vom 20. Januar bis 20. Mai, die Miete (inklusive Nebenkosten) beträgt 400 Euro und die Kaution 400 Euro.
In der WG gibt es 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder, so dass es auch zu "Stoßzeiten" keine Probleme gibt :) Das Zimmer werden sind mit Möbeln (hauptsächlich Schreibtische, Betten und Stühle) übergeben.

Hello! I am subletting one of the shared apartments (Dametzstraße 25) in the city center for a project in China. The subletting period is from January 20 to May 20, the rent (including utilities) is 400 euros and the deposit is 400 euros.
The shared apartment has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, so there are no problems even during "peak hours" :) The rooms are delivered with furniture (mainly desks, beds and chairs).
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt vor Nordico Stadtmuseum und circa 80 Meter von Landstraße. Die nächste Haltestelle ist Taubenmarkt, circa 3 min entfernt. Direkt vor unsere Gebäude befindet sich Passage Einkaufszentum mit Interspar und direkt daneben über den OK-Platz ist die Atrium City Centre mit Merkur und Billa.

The flat is located directly in front of Nordico Museum and ca 80 meters from Landstraße. The closest tram stop is Taubenmarkt, about 3 min away. Directly in front of your building you can find the Passage shopping centre with Interspar and directly next to it there is the OK-Platz and the Atrium City Centre with Billa Plus.
