Da ich in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe suche ich ab 1. Mai einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 3er-WG. Mit knapp 20qm handelt es sich um das größte Zimmer der 83qm großen Wohnung, durch die südlich und westlich ausgerichteten Fenster ist es sehr hell. Den Großteil der Möbel werde ich mitnehmen, einen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank würde ich dir überlassen. Die restliche Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirr, etc.).
As I will move into my own apartment, I’m looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared apartment for 3 people from May 1st. At 20 square meters, it is the largest room in the 83 square meter apartment and is very bright thanks to the south and west-facing windows. I will be taking most of the furniture with me, I would leave you a desk and a wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, etc.).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Lüfteneggerstraße, gleich ums Eck vom Brucknerhaus und dem Parkbad. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen (Linien 12, 25, 26, 27) sind wenige Minuten entfernt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Billa, Bipa, Honeder, Denns) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hauptplatz und zum Taubenmarkt geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig.
Zum Hauptcampus der JKU braucht man mit Bus und Bim ca 30 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 20 Minuten entlang des Donauradwegs. MED Campus und Kunstuni sind in 20 bzw 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
The apartment is located in Lüfteneggerstraße, just around the corner from the Brucknerhaus and the Parkbad. The nearest bus stops (lines 12, 25, 26, 27) are just a few minutes away and shopping facilities (Lidl, Billa, Bipa, Honeder, Denns) are also within 5 minutes walking distance. The main square and the Taubenmarkt are about 10 minutes away. Despite the central location, it is very quiet.
It takes about 30 minutes by bus and tram to the JKU main campus and 20 minutes by bike along the Danube cycle path. MED Campus and Kunstuni can be reached on foot in 20 and 10 minutes respectively.
Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit Johannes (25) und Theresa (21) teilen. Johannes ist berufstätig und Theresa studiert an der JKU. Wir sind eher eine Zweck-WG, verstehen uns aber untereinander recht gut, sitzen abends gelegentlich in der Küche oder im Garten zusammen und unternehmen auch ab und zu mal was gemeinsam.
You would share the apartment with Johannes (25) and Theresa (21). Johannes works and Theresa is a student at the JKU. We are more of a functional flat share, but we get on quite well with each other, occasionally sit together in the kitchen or in the garden and occasionally go out together.
Wenn du Interesse am Zimmer hast schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich, meine Mitbewohner entscheiden dann wen sie für einen Besichtigungstermin und ein Kennenlernen einladen wollen. Online-Besichtigungen sind auch kein Problem.
If you are interested in the room, please send me a message with a few details about yourself. My flatmates will then decide who they want to invite for a viewing and to get to know each other. Online viewings are also no problem.
