Das ca. 15 m² große Zimmer ist voll möbliert und mit einem Doppelbett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch & Regal ausgestattet. Der Schreibtisch befindet sich direkt am Fenster, von wo man den Tejo und die Vasco-da-Gama-Brücke sehen kann. Die Räume neben dem Zimmer sind das Bad und das Wohnzimmer, so dass ihr auf jeden Fall Privatsphäre findet, wenn ihr danach sucht.
The approx. 15 m² room is fully furnished and equipped with a double bed, closet, desk, bedside table & shelf. The desk is located directly at the window, from where you can see the Tejo and the Vasco da Gama Bridge. The rooms next to the room are the bathroom and the living room, so you will definitely find privacy if you are looking for it.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen, weniger touristischen Viertel Penha de França.
3 Gehminuten entfernt, befindet sich der Miradouro Monte Agudo (den besten Ausblick habt ihr aber von der eigenen Dachterrasse und der Küche). Lidl, Auchan und Minipreço sind in ca. 7 min zu erreichen. 2 "Spätis" befinden sich direkt ums Eck. Die nächste Ubahnstation "Anjos" ist ebenfalls ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
The apartment is located in the quiet, less turistic district Penha de França.
Just 3 minutes walk away is the Miradouro Monte Agudo (but you have the best view from your own roof terrace and kitchen). Lidl, Auchan and Minipreço can be reached in about 7 minutes. 2 "lateis" are located directly around the corner. The next subway station "Anjos" is also about 7 minutes away by foot.
In der WG leben Célia, Paulo und evtl. DU. :)
Célia ist Portugiesin, in Lissabon aufgewachsen, spricht fließend Englisch und managed den Haushalt. Paulo (ebenfalls Portugiese) nutzt sein Zimmer meistens nur ca. 2 x die Woche, wenn Märkte in der Innenstadt sind. Manchmal kommt es vor, dass man ihn mehrere Wochen nicht sieht, was die WG eher zu einer 2er, statt 3er WG macht. 1 Zimmer ist evtl. Demnächst noch frei, sprich evtl. Wird es noch einen MitbewohnerIn geben.
Es gibt kein Muss, wie gemeinsames Kochen oder irgendwelche WG-Abende, auch wenn wir das ab und zu machen. Das Wichtigste ist einfach, dass du auf alle anderen achtest, beispielsweise kurz die WG informierst, wenn du Besuch bekommst und nach dir aufräumst. Das Übliche halt ;)
In the WG are living Célia, Paulo and possibly YOU. :)
Célia is Portuguese, grew up in Lisbon, speaks fluent English and manages the household. Paulo (also Portuguese) usually uses his room only about twice a week when there are markets in the city center. Sometimes it happens that you don't see him for many weeks, which makes the WG more like a 2-person rather than a 3-person WG. Another room might be available as well, which means maybe there will be a 4th flatmate.
There is no must, like cooking together or any shared evenings, even if we do that sometimes. The most important thing is simply to make sure that you take care of the others, e.g. by informing the WG when you have guests and cleaning up afterwards. The usual stuff ;)
Neben den Beiden lebt hier auch Auau, der Kater von Célia. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, solltest du jedoch eine extreme Katzenhaarallergie haben, weißt du sicher besser als wir, dass die Wohnung nichts für dich ist. ;)

Besides the two of them, Auau, the cat of Célia, lives here. The apartment is very clean, but if you have an extreme allergy to cat hair, you know better than we do, that the apartment is not for you ;)
