Für eine zweier WG in einer Gemeinschaft mit mehreren Wohnungen und Häusern, wo ca. 20 Erwachsenen und Kinder wohnen, suche ich ein*e Mitbewohner*in oder Untermieter*in.
(Eventuell wird auch die ganze 93 Quadratmeter Wohnung frei sein und ich in der Nachbar Wohnung wohnen.)
Die Gemeinschaft liegt inmitten von großen Eichenbäumen, einen "Fließ" und Pferdewiesen, 30km nördlich von Berlin im Löwenberger Land. Es gibt eine Sauna und ein Haupthaus mit Gastroküche und großen Saal für gemeinsame Treffen. Die meisten Bewohner wohnen in Wohnungen mit eigener Küche und Bad. Der nächste Bahnhof ist 7km entfernt.
Die Wohnung die jetzt frei wird ist eine sehr großzügige zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche, Badewannenbad. Sie eignet sich gut als WG. Wenn wir zusammen wohnen, wohnt auch noch meine zwei Jährige Hündin Leni mit uns.

Entire apartment available from ca. Oct. 15th to ca. Dec. 4th, 1 room available from Oct. 15th to March 31st 2025 shared with me and my dog Leni for €600/month.
Location: 7km from train station Löwenberg, 30km north of Berlin.
As this place is surrounded not only by oak trees and horses but also by friendly neighbours and playful children - life in the community never gets boring! A common get together can be a sauna evening, a singing circle or a walk in the woods!
Organic vegan food can be booked on top for (€240/month).
The flat can be unfurnished or furnished.
