The apartment is in the 4th floor of a newly built house in Hoxton with a lift and a bicycle storage. It has a large terrace, ideal for Barbecue’s or just enjoying the sun.
There is also a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. My room is fully furnished and the bathroom will be shared with one of the flatmates.
The place is incredibly well located, just next to the canal, opposite Shoreditch park.
You would be sharing your flat with Stany (F,36) and TS (M,24), who are both French. Stany works for a building materials company, and will be moving in late March. TS has been in the flat since November and works for a bank in the city. Both are very relaxed, clean, friendly and easy going. Both a looking for a likeminded person to fill my room.
