The house is very nice and features:

There is no TV, but internet is provided.
Plenty of parking in the street.
You'd share the house with me and my husband Vincent, we are a French couple, we are 31 and 32 years old artists enjoying our time in L.A. .
Buses, shopping malls, grocery stores, gas station: all about 5 minutes walk from house.

Very close to the 405 freeway and 90 freeway which is very convenient to go to Venice Beach (10 minutes drive) and downtown LA (30 minutes drive)
