UNGEWÖHNLICHES WG-ZIMMER, bzw. 2 kleine Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk, welche den Teil einer grösseren Wohnung bilden. In dem anderen Teil wohne ich, eine unkonventionelle, berufstätige Ü50-Dame.
Du hast allerdings lediglich eine Behelfsküche und müsstest dir einen kleinen Ofen/Herdplatte etc. selbst mitbringen, der Kühlschrank bleibt eventuell da. Auch eine Waschmaschine müsstest du selbst mitbringen oder wir kaufen gemeinsam eine gebrauchte. Es ist noch nicht geklärt, ob die alte hierbleibt.
Das Bad teilen wir uns, daher ist Sauberkeit ein wichtiger Punkt, pingelig ist hier niemand.
Bitte nur Nichtraucher und berufstätige Personen ! Da ich vegetarisch lebe, kann auch kein Fleisch gebraten werden. denn dafür ist es dann doch zu klein.Es gibt einen Garten mit Feuerstelle, eine Bushaltestelle (nur Rufbus) und nach Lüneburg sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, ohne das geht es hier draussen nicht. Tiere leider nicht möglich, Musik umso mehr und Humor wäre auch toll.
LOOKING FOR A HOUSE MATE FOR THE OTHER PART OF A BIG FLAT ! You need to equip the tiny kitchen yourself, also there is no washing machine (at the moment). We would share the bathroom, so a certain tidiness will help. I am a middle-aged rather unconventional working lady. Since I am vegetarian please no frying of meat, it's just too small for that. Also no smokers please and unfortunately no pets. There is a nice garden with a fire place and a bus stop with no regular buses. A car is a must ! Music and musicians are very welcome, a sense of humour even more so.
