Hi, I am writing on behalf of my wife. As she is moving in with me, she has decided to sublet her room until the end of her contract.
The room is fully furnished (bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, shelf) and has a separate, equipped kitchen with modern utilities. This is a female-only student apartment in a dormitory. You can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge. There is a small storeroom in the apartment where you can put your unused items, though it is not very large.
The apartment is on the ground floor.
The location of this building is another reason to stay. Center point (Am Sande) is within walking distance, approximately 6–7 minutes away. Rewe is a 3-minute walk away. Stores like Deichmann, C&A, TK Maxx, and others are a 4–5-minute walk away.
The nearby bus stop, Lambertiplatz, is also a maximum 5-minute walk away. Lüneburg train station is a 20-minute walk away, or a maximum 12-minute bus ride.
As mentioned, it is a female-based apartment share. Your flatmate will be an Indian girl. She is doing her master's degree at Leuphana University. She is from Bengaluru, India, and is very friendly. Her brother, who is job-hunting in Hamburg, recently moved in on the 10th. He also stays here with her.
Since my wife is moving in a few days, this room needs to be rented on short notice. If you are sure you need this room, please contact us. We will arrange a viewing appointment via video call. We are too busy for in-person appointments, but we will try.
Registration is not possible. Rent includes all utilities.
