Excelent room in the second floor of the apt, lots of light, closet, desk and chair, and small sofa, bed is 1.10 mts and comfortable, it has a heater as well and during the summer you can enjoy the breeze as is the Attic, wifi coverage is perfect so home working or studying is no issue.
Just crossing the highway M30 which devides Madrid center to the rest of the city, the flat is 8 minutes by metro to the city center (sol), and located in a multicultural neighborhood, super safe at night and with lots of small businesses, bars, restaurants and groceries.
I'm the only one living in the apt, I work sometimes from home but mostly from the office, looking for someone who is clean and responsible, to share the apt, I hosted a student this past few months , so I can adapt to many personalities, I play guitar sometimes, online games and working out are among my hobbies.
The apartment is a two rooms two bathrooms space, so one of the bathrooms is just for you, the apartment has a terrace that is perfect for spring and summer, or if you smoke you can do it there, any other questions feel free to reach me out.
