Hey, ich bin Leon und suche jemanden, der mein großes, schönes WG-Zimmer übernimmt! Es hat hohen Decken mit Stuck und richtig viel Charme. Die WG liegt perfekt mitten im Stadtleben von Magdeburg, direkt am Hassel, super nah zur Uni und zum Klinikum – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Edeka, Party, Parks und die Elbe. Du bist schnell im Grünen, aber auch mitten in der City mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten und bester Anbindung! 🛍️🚲🌳
Zur WG:
Du würdest mit vier tollen Mitbewohner*innen zwischen Anfang und Mitte 20 zusammenwohnen:
Danyal aus Pakistan, studiert Elektrotechnik,
Meike, Krankenschwester,
Niklas, Student an der H2,
Aditya, Student an der OVGU.
Alle sind super nett, der Umgang ist entspannt und freundlich. Es gibt keinen festen Putzplan, aber wir halten die WG sauber und ordentlich.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und gemütlich. Ich könnte meine schwarzes Regalkostenlos dalassen, und der Schreibtisch wäre gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis auch verhandelbar.

Hey, I’m Leon and I’m looking for someone to take over my large, beautiful room in our shared apartment!
The room has high ceilings with stucco and lots of charm. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Magdeburg, right at Hassel, super close to the university and the hospital – everything is within walking distance: Edeka, parties, parks, and the Elbe. You’re quickly in the green but also right in the city with plenty of food options and great connections! 🛍️🚲🌳
About the WG:
You’d be living with four great flatmates, all in their early to mid-20s:
Danyal from Pakistan, studying Electrical Engineering
Meike, a nurse
Niklas, a student at H2
Aditya, a student at OVGU
Everyone is super nice, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There’s no strict cleaning schedule, but we keep the apartment clean and tidy.
About the Room:
The room is spacious, bright, and cozy. I could leave my black shelf for free, and the desk is also negotiable for a small price.
