The room has direct access to the balcony, which is my favorite part of the room. The balcony is large and connects the kitchen, your room, and another room. The view is stunning since you are looking towards the financial district on the one side and towards the alps on the other side.
Now coming the actual room. The room is large with about 25m2 of privacy. Is is equipped with an air conditioning, a closet, a bed, as well as a table, and chair. In general it is quite and you don’t really here the street.
Right now as seen on the picture the window blends do not work. They will be fixed by then.
The apartment is near the Ca Granda metro station, which brings you wherever you want. The main station is about 23min away and Duomo about 28min. Additionally, there is a bus stop in front of the apartment.
You will find groceries close by as well as all you need for your daily life. A plus is the cheap and good pizzeria right next door.
In the apartment, you’ll be living with two other men who both work full-time. Everyone is friendly, and it’s common to chat a bit in the evenings or on weekends, but at the same time, each person values their own privacy after work. They both speak Italian while I used to speak in English with them.
We have a cleaning service that comes by every two weeks to keep things in order, but everyone is expected to clean up after themselves to maintain a tidy and comfortable living space.
