I'm Pablo and I'm leaving this nice room in the GT where I've been living for the last year and a half.
As you can see in the pictures it is a big room with bed, bookshelf, desk, chair, bedside table and coat rack. The room is quite bright because it has a relatively large window and it also has a fan for the hot summer days.
The room is perfect for students as it is close to the Uni Mannheim, less than 10 minutes walking distance.
The room is vacant as of February 1st. If you are interested please contact me with a short introduction of yourself.
A great thing about the WG is that it is really close to Uni Mannheim, since it is located in the Quadrate. It is also close to several supermarkets, such as Aldi, Lidl and Rewe. It's also perfect if you like to run or cycle along the banks of the Neckar.
My roommates are Sophia, Marlene and Marvin. They are all studying their Bachelors' at Uni Mannheim. They speak German, although since the time I have been at GT, they have spoken to me in English (unfortunatelly I don't speak German yet, although I am trying to learn). They are friendly and open, and I enjoy chatting with them while cooking in the evening, as well as having a casual conversation with them. The atmosphere at the WG is quite calm and relaxed.
The furniture of the room (bed, bookcase, desk, chair, bedside table, and coat rack) must be taken if you move in and its price is 400 euros.
