WG-Zimmer in 4er WG in den Quadraten

Große 4er WG im 4. Stock mit Bad, Küche und extra Klo! Außerdem eine Bar im Flur! Die Küche ist voll Einsatzfähig mit so gut wie allem, was man braucht. Mitbewohner kochen gerne und sind deswegen gut ausgestattet. Kochen auch gerne mit dir ;). Meine Küchenutensilien lasse ich auch hier, es sollte also wirklich alles was man brauch hier sein! In der Küche kann man gut zu dritt oder auch zu viert essen. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine!!! Zwei Gefrierer plus Kühlschrank!
Großes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Genug Platz für alle Zähne zu putzen, stylen etc. . Das Klo ist in einem kleinen extra Raum!
Ein langer Flur verbindet die Zimmer mit Küche, Bad und Klo. Ihr sitzt euch also nicht zu stark auf der Pelle!
Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß, aber der Balkon addiert nochmal 10m² dazu. Im Zimmer ist ein Queen size Bett mit angenehmer Matratze, großer Kleiderschrank, plus 3 Regale, kleiner Nachttisch und ausklappbarer Schreibtisch + Angenehmen Schreibtischstuhl.
Großer Balkon mit 10m², inklusive Couch, Tisch und kleinem Grill! Schöne Aussicht!!! In meinen Augen, dass beste an der Wohnung. Ist direkt an euer Zimmer gebunden.
Wenn was aus dem Zimmer raus soll, können wir da auf jeden Fall drüber reden. Eltern wohnen in Frankfurt, wo ich es unterlagern könnte. Ihr müsst auch noch jeden Monat kosten für Strom, internet etc. an meinen Mitbewohner zahlen, was ungefähr auf 65 Euro kommt!
Lage ist super, da es in den Quadraten liegt und damit sehr zentral, wodurch du schnell bei einer großen Shopping Meile, Kino, Restaurants, Kneipen und so weiter bist. Aber es ist gerade so aus dem lauten Bereich, wodurch es trotzdem ruhig ist.

Big shared apartment in the 4th Floor with 4 persons. It has a kitchen, a shower room and an extra restroom with a toilet. It also has a bar in the hallway. The long hallway connects the rooms with the kitchen, the restroom and the shower room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The people you share the flat with like to cook and are happy to cook with company, so if you feel like it, you can always eat a meal with them. The kitchen is big enough for around 4 people and it has a dishwasher!!!
The shower room is big enough for everyone to brush their teeth or style themselves simultaneously. The washing machine is also in the shower room. The restroom is small, but separate from the shower, which is very important in my opinion.
The room is around 16m², but the balcony adds another 10m². You have a bed (queen size) with a comfortable mattress, a big wardrobe, a little nightstand, a retractable writing desk, and a bunch of shelfs. On the balcony is a table, three chairs (one that is extremely comfortable to lie on), a table, a couch and a barbecue (grill). You also have nice view from there.
The location is also pretty nice as you are fast in the center with a lot of options for shopping, restaurants, bars and cinema! Even though it is close to the center, it is by no means loud!
I could also lend you my bike for the time, but about all that we can talk in person!
Important is to know, that you still have to pay for internet and stuff extra to 400! It will be around 65 Euros and you have to pay it to my flatmate.
