Da ich für einen Monat in den Urlaub fahre, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer vom 1. März 2025 bis zum 31. März untervermieten. Die Mietkosten betragen 400 € pro Monat, pauschaler Mietpreis im Angebot.
Die Küche soll von 6 Personen und das Bad von 2 Personen geteilt werden. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Arbeitstisch, einem Bett und einer Matratze sowie einem Monitor ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, wie Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Teller, Besteck und Schüsseln.
