Accommodation near the Riemsloh area from January first week to March last week 2018

I am looking for an accommodation near the Riemsloh area from January first week to March last week for about three months, I am student and will be going for training to the rational einbauküchen GmbH Rationalstraße 4 · 49328 Melle / Germany. I am 20 years old male from India and currently studying in DHBW-Loerrach, non smoker. if you or any one of your know contacts has a place for me to stay it will be very helpful.
Every year I will need the house/apartment from first week of January to last week of March then again from first week of July to last week of September for the next three years (2018 to 2020). All I need is a small kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and if possible small living cum dining.
I am also willing to stay as a paying guest with my own bedroom and use of the common space. As i don't not have a way to commute i would prefer the property close to a transport point.
