ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin +/- 20 Jahre alt, ab 1.09.2020 für eine schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung in 34326 Morschen. 230€ Warmmiete!
Dein Zimmer ist 16,8 qm groß, Schrank und Schreibtisch sind vorhanden falls benötigt, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad teilen wir uns. W-LAN ist auch vorhanden. Schöner, großer Innenhof zur Mit-Nutzung.
Ideal z.B. für Wochenend-Heimfahrerinnen!
Gesucht wird eine Tierfreundin, denn ich halte eine Katze in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Innerhalb von 9 Minuten bist du mit dem Zug z.B. in Rotenburg an der Fulda. Morschen verfügt zudem über ein Edeka, Apotheke und Postfiliale.
Zu mir: ich bin 24 Jahre alt und arbeite in Rotenburg an der Fulda. Ich gehe nach der Arbeit gern zum Sport, Koche gern und bin ein sehr ordentlicher Mensch.
