We offer student accommodation (WG-Zimmer) in our privately owned and managed 3 student houses in Duisburg (Neudorf) and Mülheim.

The deposit is fixed 900 EUR per person and can be paid in 2 instalments (450 / 450).
The minimum rental period is 12 months. Shorter rent period is NOT possible, sorry.
Official rental contract in German is provided.
Document for city registration (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) will be provided after signing the contract and payment of the deposit).
