Hi there!
A 12m² room available for sublet in a flatshare for the month of February. The flat is located on the third floor and the room comes with a large bed, a closet, and a desk, making it a comfortable and functional space.
We’re a group of friendly, easy-going people who love to spend time together – cooking meals, playing board games, going out, or just hanging out in the shared spaces. It’s not a typical flatshare where everyone just does their own thing; we genuinely enjoy each other's company and try to create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Our flat is quite spacious and has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a cozy chill room where we spend most of our time. We also like to keep things tidy, so we all pitch in to keep the place clean. Communication in English works best for us, as we’re a mix of international flatmates.
The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from Goetheplatz U-Bahn station, so you’ll have easy access to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, with lots of cafes, supermarkets, and parks nearby. Plus, the Isar river is just a short walk away if you enjoy outdoor walks or bike rides.
