Huge room with lots of natural sunlight with a window towards the gorgeous Innenhof, shared with a Kafferösterei so you'll wake up to the fresh scent of newly roasted coffee.
This big room is fully furnished with a large bed (140 cm), clothing rack, Ikea Kallax shelf, floating shelfs with the possibility of extra dressers if wanted.
This apartment on the third floor is fully furnished, with one big newly renovated bathroom that has a really big amazing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machines, dishwasher, washing machine as well as a new fridge. In connection to the kitchen there's also a pantry with a dryer, however there's of course a drying rack too.
In the basement there's access to a storage unit, so in case of for example any large suitcases these can be placed there.
The apartment is located directly in front of the tram and bus station Grillparzanerstraße. A 3 minute walk to Prinzregentenplatz (U4), a 15 minute walk to Max-Weber-Platz (U4 and U5) and Ostbahnhof (S-bahn, U5).
A 5 minute walk along with Einsteinstraße is a mall with a large Edeka, Netto, DM and Media Markt.
In this WG you'll be living with me, Saga (F, 22) and Beni (M, 22). I'm currently studying at the LMU and working part time in HR, but other than that I really enjoy my time at home with my two tiny cats (Frieda and Wera), hanging out with friends, and going on fun trips over the weekend.
Beni is currently studying Sportscience, and works part time at a boxing gym. During his free time he likes spending it at home reading, or with his family who lives in Munich, or also going on weekendtrips somewhere.
We're looking for someone that would share this relaxed lifestyle, and would be just as keen as us in taking care of this beautiful apartment.
