Spacious room facing a quiet courtyard. Well proportioned bath and kitchen and an entrance area that can easily double as a dining space for up to four people. Furnishing can be adapted to tenants needs. The complex is rather high end, don't be intimidated by the lobby-like entrance hall of the building!
Stretch out your arm once and you're at the S-Bahn Stammstrecke (Rosenheimer Platz), stretch it twice and you're at the Motorama Center with i.a. pharmacy, asian market, two supermarkets and the city library. The Isar is less than 10 min away by foot, as is the oldest and fanciest public swimming pool of the city. In direct proximity there are: 2 cinemas, 3 excellent cocktail bars and more restaurants than I could count... just classic Haidhausen!
