Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist sehr hell und ziemlich geräumig. Es kommt mit einem großen Schreibtisch und einer Art Schrank. Das Haus hat zwei Badezimmer und eine schöne Küche. Alles, was zum Leben benötigt wird, ist installiert. Das Haus hat auch einen großen schönen Garten und liegt insgesamt in einer extrem grünen Gegend der Stadt.

The room is on the ground floor, is very bright and fairly spacious. It comes with a big writing table and a sort of a closet. The house has two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. Everything needed for life is installed. The house also has a large beautiful garden and is overall located in an extremely green area of the city.
Die S-Bahn-Station (S3) ist in 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, und es ist eine 20-minütige Fahrt von dort in die Innenstadt. Vom Bahnhof fahren Busse nach Pasing und Moosach.
Für Einkaufen gibt es einen Edeka am Bahnhof und weitere Supermärkte sind in 12-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wie gesagt, die Gegend ist faszinierend, besonders im Sommer, wenn alles grün ist.

The S-Bahn station (S3) is in 7 minutes by bike, and it is a 20 minutes ride to the city center from there. There are buses to Pasing and Moosach going from the station.
For groceries, there is an Edeka at the station and more supermarkets are reachable in 12-15 minutes by bike. As said, the area is mesmerizing, especially in the summer, when it is all green.
Die Nachbarn sind jung und sehr umgänglich. Man treibt im garten zusammen Sport oder unterhaltet sich einfach in der Küche nett.

The neighbours are young and really easy to get along with. You can share some sports in the garden or just engage in lovely conversations in the kitchen.
Der Vertrag ist zunächst befristet, kann aber bei Bedarf problemlos verlängert werden. Auch für Neu-Münchner ist das Zimmer optimal, da die Vertragsunterzeichnung sehr schnell und unkompliziert abläuft.
Das Einzugsdatum ist der 16. März. Bei Interesse an dem Zimmer melde dich gerne, damit wir einen persönlichen oder Online-Besuch vereinbaren können! :)

The contract is restricted for now, but you can easily extend it if wanted. The room is also perfect for newcomers to Munich, as the signing process is very quick and easy.
