Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht groß, aber es bietet alles, was du brauchst. Es gibt eine Tür, die zum Balkon führt. Eine Yoga- oder Sportmatte auszulegen ist kein Problem, falls du gerne Yoga machst oder zu Hause Sport treibst.

The room is not big, but you have everything you need. There is also a door to the balcony. I often do yoga or sport in my room and have enough space for it:)
Ein Kaufland befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Netto, ein Asiamarkt, ein türkischer Markt, Bäckereien und weitere Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur 5 Minuten. Die U-Bahn erreichst du in 9 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch Busse sind in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar.

A Kaufland is just on the other side of the road. You need no time to go there. Besides, there are Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Netto, asia market, turkish markets, bakeries and co. nearby.
To the next tram station you only need 5 minutes. Within 9 minutes you could reach the ubahn station. There are also buses not far away.
Du wirst mit Sandra, Sofia und Sofias Kater, Simon zusammenleben :) Am besten solltest du Katzen genauso lieben wie wir ;) Die beiden Mädels sind super lieb. Ab und zu machen wir etwas gemeinsam, wenn es passt. Ich bin einfach dankbar, mit ihnen zusammenleben zu dürfen :)

You will be living with Sandra, Sofia and Sofias cat, Simon. It would be great if you also love cats like we do. Sometimes we do things together. They are both lovely, very open-minded and are interested in different cultures. I am just happy that I can live with them:)
Du solltest auf keinen Fall eine Katzenallergie haben ;)
Da ich während des angegebenen Zeitraums verreist bin, biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Es wäre auch möglich, das Zimmer für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten, falls das für dich infrage kommt.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 450 €.

I will be on a trip for the mentioned period. Therefore, I would like to sublet my room temporarily. If you are only interested in renting my room for a specific/shorter period, it could be fine for me.
