- A spacious private balcony with two wooden chairs (and pillows) and a wooden table, perfect for eating, studying, or just chilling outdoors. The view from the balcony is the backyard of the building, so it's very quiet and full of trees and grass!

Bogenhausen is a lovely neighbourhood right next to the Englischer Garten, perfect for mid-afternoon strolls in the park. The house is very conveniently located in the southernmost part of Bogenhausen and is 5 minutes away from public transport. There is a supermarket REWE and a drug store just 3 minutes away.
The flat features 6 people, all students at LMU: some doing their undergrad, some pursuing graduate studies. Everyone is kind, nice, tidy, and disciplined (we coordinate so well that we don't even have a chore chart!). Features nationalities include German, British, Italian, Russian, and Hungarian---internationals welcome! Subjects studied include Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, and Philosophy.
