Die Einbauküche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Geschirr für den täglichen Gebrauch.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Bad.
Dein Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Sessel.

We are looking for you as a roommate for our 3-person shared apartment, which is located directly next to a park that is suitable for sports and leisure activities. Your room in the 100sqm apartment is 10sqm.
The shared living space is 60sqm: large living room, kitchen, storage room, bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink, separate toilet with toilet and sink. There is also a beautiful big terrace, which is a common meeting place, especially in summer.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and dishes for everyday use.
The washing machine is in the bathroom.
Your room has a large bed, closet, desk and armchair.
Die sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten (obersten) Stock einer gepflegten Wohnanlage, direkt am Zamilapark im Münchner Stadtteil Bogenhausen gelegen.
Nur 100m entfernt ist ein Ladenzentrum mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurant und Arztpraxen.
Zur S-Bahnstation Daglfing (Flughafenlinie S8) sind es weniger als 10 Geh-Minuten (Fahrzeit bis zum Marienplatz 13 Minuten), nicht mal eine Gehminute ist es zu den Buslinien 149 und 191 (Ostbahnhof), fünf Gehminuten zur Buslinie 190 (Ostbahnhof, Messestadt Riem).
