Mit 160 Quadratmetern ist die Wohnung ist wirklich beeindruckend und bietet viel Platz und Komfort (Die Mietkosten für mich betragen 1300! You pay less). Das Highlight sind jedoch die zwei großen Balkone (etwa 30 Quadratmeter groß). Sie bieten viel Platz, um die Sonne zu genießen, sich zu entspannen und Freunde zu treffen.
Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Busse und Straßenbahnen, so dass man schnell und einfach in die Innenstadt gelangen kann. Es gibt auch viele Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Nähe, so dass man alles, was man braucht, bequem erreichen kann.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei junge Männer, die sehr freundlich und kommunikativ sind. Sie kochen oft zusammen und unternehmen gemeinsam Aktivitäten wie Ausflüge oder Sport. Es ist also immer etwas los in der Wohnung und man kann sich gut mit den anderen Mitbewohnern unterhalten.
Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass Sauberkeit ein absolutes Muss ist. Jeder muss seinen Teil dazu beitragen, die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Wenn jeder sich darum kümmert, kann man eine wunderschöne und angenehme Wohnatmosphäre schaffen.

The location is also very convenient. Good access to public transportation, such as buses and trams, makes it quick and easy to reach the city center. Many shops and supermarkets are nearby, so you can easily access everything you need.
The roommates are two young men who are very friendly and communicative. They often cook together and engage in activities such as excursions or sports. So, there is always something going on in the apartment, and you can easily socialize with the other roommates.
However, it is important to note that cleanliness is an absolute must. Everyone must contribute to keeping the apartment clean and tidy. A beautiful and pleasant living atmosphere can be created if everyone takes care of it.
