Laim Sendling is located in the city (south/west). It is a very nice residential area with a very good infrastructure. City center can easily be reached within a few minutes by car or public transport. Several shopping facilities are within reach by foot and the nearby Westpark is very popular for leisure activities. Underground station U4 and U5 are only 0.5 miles away. It will bring you to main station within 5 minutes and to the universities LMU Munich or TUM Munich within 20 minutes. If you want to take the tramway, it is just in front of the building.
