Ich verlasse mein Zimmer in einem Haus mit 6 internationalen Arbeitern und Studenten. Die WG befindet sich in der Willibaldstraße 22, in einer ruhigen, baumreichen Wohngegend. Das Haus ist in der Nähe aller Einrichtungen wie Hypermärkte, Bäckerei, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Fitnessstudio, Park... Die WG ist 1 Gehminute von der Straßenbahn entfernt, mit der Sie den Hauptbahnhof (Stadtzentrum) in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichen, die U5 und die S-Bahn in 10 Minuten. Die Straßenbahn fährt auch nachts.
Die WG ist ein Haus von ca. 200 m2, voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine vorhanden), mit 2 Badezimmern, 2 Küchen (eine voll ausgestattet), 1 Wohnzimmer.
Das 20 m2 große Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist dank großer Fenster sehr hell. Es ist mit einem 140 cm breiten Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl und einer Kommode ausgestattet. Weitere Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten sind im Haus vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird durch einen schönen Balkon (ca. 3 m2) vervollständigt.

Hello,
I am leaving my room in a house of 6 international workers and students. The WG is located Willibaldstrasse 22, in a peaceful, tree-filled and residential area. The house is closed to all the facilities as hypermarkets, bakery, public transports, restaurants, gym club, park... The WG is at 1 min by walk of the tram which allow you to join Hauptbahnhof (City center) in less than 20min, the U5 and S-Bahn in 10min. The tram is also working during the night.
The flatshare is a house of around 200m2 fully equipped (washing machine available), with 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (one fully equipped), 1 living room.
The 20m2 room is on the 1st floor and is really bright thanks to big windows. It is equipped with a 140cm bed, a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers. Other storage units are available in the house. The room is completed by a pleasant balcony (around 3m2).
The rent is 800€ per month warm (all included).
Available from the 15th of July.
