The apartment is situated in a rather quiet environment you’ll have everything you need in close distance. Most of us shop at the Edeka for groceries, which is only 2 minutes away. There is a number of good restaurants, bakeries and cafés nearby. What we also like is that there are plenty of doctors as well as pharmacies to choose from!

The apartment is very well connected in terms of transports. The Laim S-Bahn station is only 5 minutes by foot (and brings you in 10 minutes to the main station and an additional 5 minutes to Marienplatz). In addition, you also have access to the tram, several buses and the U-Bahn station Laimer Platz.

We are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly person. The ambiance in the flat is nice, as people come all over the world, so you will get to get to know them and their cultures! We have an organized cleaning plan, put a high emphasis on communication and let everyone have their comfort zone whenever they need it. From time to time, we like to share meals, go out together or plan some sort of sport activities (hiking). Very often, we like to simply chat and have fun together in the common area.

* Lucas is a Chinese medicine student. He likes basketball.
* Celeste is an energic Indian girl. She is a software engineer. She love cooking and chatting.
* Valentin is a French PhD student. He love running, hiking, watching biathlon and playing boardgames.
* Jérémie is currently doing his Master thesis in a biomedical company. He is passionate about sports and have much interest in literature.
