Ich bin Tina und habe das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten, da ich ins Ausland gehe.
Bitte beachte, dass das Zimmer zeitlich befristet ist und ich ausschließlich eine MitbewohnerIN über 35 Jahren suche, die ebenfalls berufstätig ist. Keine Studenten, sorry!
Maya bleibt mit Ihrer Hündin Cookie in der Wohnung und wird deine vorübergehende Mitbewohnerin sein ;-)
Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß, quadratisch geschnitten und verfügt über Fensterfront in südlicher Richtung incl. Rollläden. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett (140x200cm) und einen Garderobenschrank.
Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß, hat einen kleinen Balkon, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, eine Abstellkammer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine 😊. Es gibt auch einen Keller.
Wifi ist super und die Nachbarn sind nett.

My room mate Maya will stay in the flat and be your room mate. She has a sweet spanish waterdog called Cookie.
The sunny room is 20 sqm big, has huge windows heading south. It has a new bed (140x200cm), a little wardrobe and plants.
The flat has 70sqm, has a bathroom with tub, a balcony and a fully furnished kitchen with dish washer. Also a basement compartment.

Super zentral zwischen Theresienwiese und Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Zur U-Bahn Station Theresienwiese (U4/U5) sind es 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Tram höchstens 3 Minuten.
Zu Fuß läuft man nur 15 Minuten zur City (Stachus) und mit dem Radl ist man natürlich noch schneller. :)
Im Hof gibt es einen überdachten Fahrradständer.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind alle in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden.
Du solltest ebenfalls berufstätig und 35+ Jahre alt sein. Du solltest eine gepflegte Wohnatmosphäre zu schätzen wissen und regelmäßiges putzen nicht scheuen. Wir haben keinen definierten Putzplan, aber wechseln uns von Woche zu Woche ab und das klappt prima.
