You would have a furnished room (23sqm) facing the inner courtyard in an old building apartment with a total area of 108sqm, a shared living room and a balcony. In the monthly rent of 600 EUR is everything (GEZ, Netflix, WLAN, Warmmiete) included.
Die Isar und die Theresienwiese sind fußläufig erreichbar, genauso wie Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Bus und U-Bahn, sowie sehr viele gute Restaurants. Auch die Innenstadt Münchens ist nicht weit.

The flat is super close to the river and Theresienwiese. Grocery stores, many of good restaurants, U-Bahn and Bus are right around the corner. Also the city center of Munich is not far.
Wenn du gesselig bist und eine gemeinschafts WG magst, gerne was unternimmst, aber auch mal gemütlich auf der Couch mit Mitbewohner oder Freunden verbringen möchtest und zw. 25 und 40 Jahren alt bist, dann meld dich gerne mit ein paar Zeilen über dich bei mir.
Ich bin Anfang 30, komme aus München und habe bisher in vielen WGs gelebt. Ich schätze es sehr geimschaftlich zusammen zu wohnen.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite ein paar Tage die Woche im Home Office. Wenn es Corona zulässt treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden oder gehe raus in die Natur zum Sporteln.
