Weil ich für zwei Monate auf Studienreise gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer, das sich in Milbersthofen befindet, unter. Das ist perfekt für jemanden, der nach München kommt und eine Anlaufstelle braucht, um in sein neues Leben zu starten, oder auch für jemanden, der nur für eine kurze Zeit hier ist. Eine Online-Besichtigung ist immer möglich!
Das Zimmer ist 15m2 groß und nach Osten ausgerichtet, was bedeutet, dass man die Sonne am Morgen genießen kann, während das Zimmer am Abend kühl bleibt (man kann auch oft Eichhörnchen durch das Fenster sehen, was eine gute Art ist, den Tag zu beginnen). Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und hat alles, was du brauchst: ein Doppelbett, viel Stauraum, einen Schreibtisch und sogar einen Sessel, damit du bequem lesen oder eine Serie schauen kannst!
Wenn du ein Morgenmuffel bist, gibt es einen Rollladen am Fenster, damit du nicht von der Sonne geweckt wirst.
Die Wohnung selbst ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und eine Waschmachine, eine separate Toilette, eine sehr große und voll ausgestatte Küche (inkl. Spühlmaschine), die auch als Wohn- und Esszimmer dient, und einen großen Westbalkon mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm des Olympiaparks.

Because I'm going on a study trip for two months, I'm subletting my room, which is in Milbersthofen. This is perfect for someone who is coming to Munich and needs a place to start their new life, or for someone who is only here for a short time. An online viewing is always possible!
The room is 15m2 and faces east, which means you can enjoy the sun in the morning while the room stays cool in the evening (you can also often see squirrels through the window, which is a great way to start the day). The room is fully furnished and has everything you need: a double bed, plenty of storage space, a desk and even an armchair so you can read comfortably or watch a series!
If you're a morning person, there's a roller shutter on the window so you won't be woken up by the sun.
The flat itself is fully furnished and has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet, a very large and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), which also serves as a living and dining room, and a large west-facing balcony with a view of the Olympic Park TV tower.
Die Wohnung liegt nah an der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn Frankfurter Ring) und somit ist man schnell im Zentrum (ca. 20min bis zum Marienplatz, 15min zum Bahnhof). Von dort aus kann man auch schnell die großen Parks Münchens erreichen (25min zu Fuß zum Olympiapark oder zum Englischen Garten).
Was das tägliche Leben betrifft, gibt es in der Umgebung genügend Supermärkte, um einkaufen zu können, aber auch Apotheken, Bäckereien etc. Das Viertel ist sehr familienfreundlich und daher eher ruhig, aber wie gesagt, wer Unterhaltung sucht, erreicht schnell das Stadtzentrum.

The flat is close to public transport (U-Bahn Frankfurter Ring) and therefore you are quickly in the centre (approx. 20min to Marienplatz, 15min to the train station). From there you can also quickly reach Munich's large parks (25min walk to the Olympic Park or the English Garden).
As far as daily life is concerned, there are plenty of supermarkets in the neighbourhood for shopping, as well as pharmacies, bakeries, etc. The neighbourhood is very family-friendly and therefore rather quiet, but as I said, if you are looking for entertainment, you can quickly reach the city centre.
Du würdest mit zwei Jungen in ihren späten Zwanzigern und frühen Dreißigern zusammenleben. Lukas ist Doktorand in Physik, aber auch ein eifriger Tischtennisspieler. Mit ihm kannst du dich über viele verschiedene Themen unterhalten, und du kannst dir mit ihm abends alle möglichen Sportarten ansehen oder trainieren, um eines Tages bei "Wer wird Millionär" mitzumachen.
Xisco ist Spanier und arbeitet als Ingenieur bei Airbus. In seiner Freizeit ist er oft mit seinen Freunden unterwegs oder geht ins Fitnessstudio. Wenn er zu Hause ist, findest du ihn oft in der Küche, wo er ausgewogene und vor allem gut riechende Gerichte kocht!
Wir treffen uns regelmäßig abends in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer, wo wir uns gerne unterhalten, definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Aber wir respektieren auch die Zeit jedes Einzelnen und akzeptieren gerne, dass du manchmal in deinem Zimmer bleiben möchtest.
In der WG wird Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch gesprochen. Internationals sind daher natürlich willkommen!

You would be living with two boys in their late twenties and early thirties. Lukas is a PhD student in physics, but also a keen table tennis player. You can talk to him about many different topics and you can watch all kinds of sports with him in the evenings or train with him to one day take part in "Who wants to be a millionaire".
Xisco is Spanish and works as an engineer at Airbus. In his free time, he often goes out with his friends or goes to the gym. When he's at home, you'll often find him in the kitchen cooking balanced and, above all, good-smelling dishes!
We meet regularly in the evenings in the kitchen or in the living room, where we enjoy chatting, definitely not a functional flat share. But we also respect everyone's time and are happy to accept that you sometimes want to stay in your room.
German, English and Spanish are spoken in the flat share. Internationals are of course welcome!
Da du im August und September hier sein wirst, ist es wahrscheinlich, dass meine Mitbewohner ab und zu in Urlaub fahren und ihr deshalb manchmal nur zu zweit wohnt oder du die Wohnung sogar ganz für dich alleine hast.
