Our flatmate Marisa is leaving us to start a new chapter her life😢, therefore we have a beautiful 16m² room available from 01.03.2025 in our spacious and international 🇪🇸🇩🇪 3-floor WG located in the calm and green area of Olympiapark 🌳.
Your room has a double door (which means privacy & great acoustic isolation from the rest of the WG), private exit and light intensity regulator to adjust the room brightness.
The room is rented furnished (mattress, mattress cover, bed base, desk and chair) with a cost for the furniture of 222€.
The flat is peaceful, and you’ll enjoy a relaxing atmosphere away from noisy streets—just the occasional sound of kids playing outside. Our WG is spread over three floors, and you’ll be sharing with three friendly flatmates: Elena🇪🇸, Marc 🇪🇸, and Julian 🇩🇪.
As the flat is quite spacious, we like to keep things clean with a weekly cleaning rotation for the common areas. Each floor has its own bathroom, so you’ll share it with Marc on your floor. There’s also a large common wardrobe where you can store most of your stuff, so you won’t need to overcrowd your room with extra furniture.
Our WG is located directly within Olympiapark, an oasis of calm surrounded by nature. You won’t find cars or noisy streets here, only green spaces, making it perfect for evening walks or a peaceful escape. We’re well connected to the city with the both the Olympiazentrum and Oberwiesenfeld U-Bahn stations just a 10-minute walk away. The city center is only 15 minutes by U-Bahn. Grocery shopping is easy with an Edeka, biostore, asian store, and some restaurants nearby.
We created this WG constellation since a bit more than a year and are looking for a fitting piece of our WG puzzle 🧩.
We live in the flat with different schedules and personalities, and it is important to us that we can talk openly, have our private space but also care about living with each other. Usually during the week we are quite chill and combine our work and activities with some WG kitchen talk about our lives, work, last amazing or random Munich moments or our next travel plans, and chill together/drink coffee/eat and laugh quite a lot. Sometimes we do more together and sometimes less, but it is important for us to have someone who wants to share more than a rent in the flat. 🙂
We’re all professionals and lead structured lives during the week, but we love chatting over coffee, climbing, running, cycling, or grabbing a drink together. We’re looking for someone who shares a similar work/life balance—who enjoys spending time together but also has a regular routine. When you text us, start your message with hey basil.
Your future flatmates ✨
